We got a used dryer from them recently for a fraction of the price we would have paid for a new one. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Plus theyre doing the planet a solid by fixing broken appliances that may otherwise end up in a landfill, so thats cool!

Our company use McLaughlins for all our appliance repairs. They are thorough, knowledgeable and accomplish everything in a timely manner.

Purchased a washer dryer laundry center for 550.00. The machine had some issues but the staff stood behind their product and fixed the issue. I am pleased with my experience. I will be doing business with them again in the future. Update, same machine has been broken again now for two months, never worked properly even after it was supposedly fixed. Single mom forced to bring four little kids to laundromat until she can afford a new washer dryer, AGAIN. This machine clearly was junk from the beginning. Cannot remove machine and transport it to and from McLaughlin for service.

Great service very nice people an very helpful

These guys are great. They delivered a new combined washer/dryer (used) within a day, because I was in a pinch. Did it quickly and well. Two months later did a stove repair quickly and at low cost. They are no-nonsense, good solid people. I would ALWAYS check with them about used appliances before I bought new.

Im a repeat customer and always try McLaughlins first before buying brand new. Their products are always changing so if you dont see something you like right away, they may have one in within a week or less.

Worst service call..guy walked in with out even announcing who is or which company he is from. No mask, booties ..came in a personal car with no advertising of the company he represents. Was extremely rude and left in 10 minutes.

We bought a home over a year ago, and our appliance which were not bought from McLaughlin’s (in wall stove, washer and dryer) stoped working shortly after moving in Sean the repair man was GREAT! And efficient, and explained everything. Service department gets 5+ Stars! We will always call them for servicing needs. Prices were reasonable as well.

McClaughlins has taken care of me for over 20 years. I am a landlord and I buy about 1 appliance a year from them and place a couple service calls a year.They are hard working and they have a lot of satisfied customers. They seem to be very busy.

Terrible customer service experience, repeated issues with both washer and dryer after delivery, literally had to scrape someones dried-on gum from the drum of the dryer- they do not clean prior to delivery. Dryer sold to us broken, had to be serviced and ultimately had to be replaced and even the replacement then had to be serviced. Washer had to be serviced twice, still not working properly...I called to discuss this ongoing issue with manager, she said she would see what they could do, and did not want to commit to replace free of charge, which would be reasonable considering they clearly sold us broken units... basically said she would get back to me.When I called back 4 days later to find out the status the receptionist told me the manager does not speak to the public, that when I spoke to her before it was only because she the only one available at the time ...What??? I explained that I spoke with the manager 4 days prior she knew the situation and the ongoing issues we had been having and she was going to address. The receptionist was then rude and condescending, told me she was not going to transfer me to the manager, that is was her job to help me and I could buy another washer, the next one that came in, over the phone... again, What??? I asked to speak with the manager several times and finally she gave her the phone, the manager was incredibly rude, basically told me she did not know when she would have a replacement unit for me and again no idea if they were going to charge me for this replacement.Long story short, do not waste your time or money, buy new from a trusted company like Sears, Id rather buy new over dealing with them again for service on this broken washer.They were rude every time we called about the previous service requests as well, challenging the need for repair, very put out by having to provide any customer service.I decided to post this explanation after the manager called and left me a 2min. harassing and insulting voicemail, all because I posted a 1-star google review.Consumer Review is a tool to express satisfaction or dissatisfaction with a merchant. As a consumer, I have had a very poor experience with this business that lacks professionalism, and I have the right to share with other consumers, I should be able to do this without being bullied and personally insulted via voicemail.
