We have taken our truck to them many times, and have had decent experiences in the past, but recently we have had nothing but awful service. A few months ago we were given a quote for repairs of $3500-4500, and when we finally got the invoice (a month after the work was completed) it was $6500. I understand that an estimate is never exact, but $2000 more is a bit much. Our most recent complaint; they had promised that the truck would be ready by the end of the next day, Friday, and then when we called to check on the status we were told that it would not be ready until Monday. We depend on this truck to run our business.
