This summer we completed a kitchen renovation - took the old one out down to the studs! We’d considered purchasing cabinets from several vendors, but each quoted delivery dates 7-20 weeks out. When we met with Keane at Cabinets to Go and he said it’d be 2 weeks we were shocked. He completed a design for us, and everything was perfect. Also, the cabinets DID come in in 2 weeks! Our contractor said several times as he was assembling the cabinets that he thought they were well made and had some ‘neat’ assembly features. The prices at Cabinets to Go were a real plus - very competitive! I highly recommend Cabinets to Go!

Our experience with Cabinets To Go has been horrible. We ordered our cabinet in February and we were told 4-6 weeks. I think they came in in August, but the contractor couldn’t come until September. We were told installation would take 2-3 days but we are at the end of week 2 and they aren’t done yet. Our countertops (which were outsourced to another company) won’t be measured til even November 10th. So we will be without a fully functional kitchen for over another month. We understand delays, but these have been absurd and then the communication is even worse. No one responds to emails or phone calls. We honestly thought we were ghosted. Would absolutely not recommend this company.

Our kitchen remodel turned out exactly as we hoped. I went to the Cabinets To Go location in Scarborough frequently early on in the process as I was considering possible layouts. Keane was generous with his time and drew three different plans on the computer system so that I could visualize the options. We were extremely happy with the end result, and the price at Cabinets To Go was substantially lower than customized cabinents would have been.

Updated post on bottom:We recently went into The store and picked out cabinets and countertops. It was exciting and although I could tell the lady doing the quote didn’t totally know the system, the other person was able to help. We picked out cabinets and pulls. We picked out the countertop and paid for the cabinets. We had to come back to pay for the countertop. When we got back to the store a couple weeks later we were told it was going to cost more for the countertop edge that we wanted. We removed the extra edge and paid the total for the countertops minus the edge we wanted. Cabinets look good but there is a little variation in the color. We got a cabinet that had a cracked front and had to order some panels. They said they would replace the broken unit. We got a call a couple days later saying that they got the total wrong for the countertop. It was going to be about 2000 more than they quoted. The company came to the house to measure for the countertop. We got a call from cabinets to go saying that it was now going to be a little more than 4000 now. We already paid a little over that for the quote. They offered 400 dollars off of the extra. I went to a different kitchen store and they quoted the countertop from the same company. The same grade stone. And it was way less than cabinets to go. Almost 2000 dollars. Keep an eye on the quote. Or Find a place that knows how to quote a countertop. If we would have known the countertop was going to be over 8000 we would have done something different with the kitchen.Sincerely,A man with no countertops!I am now a man with countertops. The parts that were broken or missing have been taken care of. They have done everything they have told me they were going to. The up side to it was we did get the kitchen we wanted and it looks great.
