I’m definitely one to do research before committing to any new additions to a car, outside from a dealership, I was recommended from a handful of people to see Adam at Complete Mobile. I had initially talked to the dealership who quoted me a couple hundred more than what Complete Mobile did it for. Dealership only had 2 options— push or key start. This guy quoted us with only having seen 2 photos off my cell phone of existing navigation system which was broken. His quote beat several competitors by 1/2 or more! He has all his parts in stock so our truck was actually ready the same day. I bought a Sony at Best Buy and was looking at others in his shop. He literally stoped me and said; “use this one that you bought, it’s great. The ones I supply are a little more pricey you picked a good one! “He saves us even more money by just being an honest guy. Well first of all I dont give many reviews unless theyre actually deserved, and what can I say? Well a lot actually. These guys (especially the owner) are top notch professionals. I initially went prior to getting any work done there, and the owner was extremely knowledgeable about work on other projects I had in mind for the future for possible repeat business. To put it bluntly I believe these guys can make ANYTHING happen or make it work WHILE keeping everything organized and professional looking. Im not an easy customer to satisfy either. I have high expectations; I own a( 20 year old )FULLY custom renovated conversion van. In other words ( I love my van) This didnt intimidate him at all, to be honest my vehicle can scare most any engineers away completely (believe it, I have been turned down for getting work done on my van in the past) They did a professional installation in a very timely manner. Hope youre reading still because, he did NOT force me to buy his hardware, or equipment, or try to sell me something I didnt plan for; want, or need. Nor did he overcharge me (not my first time with quality engineer) which can in some cases literally GOUGE you for custom work. And QUOTED me a price and THEN delivered for a considerable amount below the quoted price. He will be getting MUCH more business from me and I recommend his services to anyone I know. Now including you, if you read; that is. Id give him 6 stars if I could. Every other audio so called professional in this local area in my opinion are amateurs compared to Complete Mobile Inc. It was a great overall experience as a consumer. I wanted a good quality back up camera on my older Tundra. We worked through the selection and decision on the phone and on line. I choose a unit that would upgrade my radio as well and give me hands free calling. They came to my house to show me the unit and with it acceptable to me, they installed it in my yard. All features worked great and the installation looked like it was done at the factory.

These guys are top notch. I was able to get in quickly from a last minute opening they had. A vehicle my Wife and I had recently purchased had a Compustar car starter installed at one point, but the previous owner removed the module and left all the wiring and antennas. Complete Mobile was able to get me back up and running (literally) with a replacement module in just around an hour. Very impressed with their work and fair pricing.

I work for a very large car dealership in the Portland area and we use Complete Mobile for all of our car and truck remote starters, as well as other electrical upgrades. Adam and Rob are consummate professionals. They offer a great product for a very reasonable price. They are very accommodating with the schedules of our customers and are very prompt. For instance, I had a customer last week have a remote starter put in a vehicle. The customers picked up the car Friday night and called me Saturday morning stating they were having some issues. I called Adam on Saturday (they do not work Saturdays) and he answered the phone immediately. He had me put the customers in direct contact with him. They tried to walk the customers through the trouble shooting over the phone. When this did not work, he or Rob were over at the customers house within an hour or so fixing the issue. Who does this anymore? Adam and Rob truly care about our customers and theirs. Dont go anywhere else. This should be your first and only place to shop.

Fantastic Service! Complete Mobile fixed a botched job from another place. I should have gone to Complete Mobile first ! I had a 7-pin trailer connector installed at another company, and Complete Mobile was able to completely rewire and make this work! The prior place I went was a total disaster (and they did not think so). Complete Mobile has amazing results! No other place wanted to run the hitch wires inside the car (even though I took out the trim already to make it easy) - they all wanted to run it underneath the car (where it would be worn by weather). Complete Mobile was able to fit me in on short notice (my lucky day), and when they were done it looked like the wiring came on the car from the factory as original. It looked great ! Definitely will go back to Complete Mobile for any trailer, audio, car, or camper repairs. They are great to work with !

I was very satisfied with the excellent work of Complete Mobile. I drive a 2003 Volvo whose CD player died. They were able to make a repair that was affordable for me, not wanting to sink big money into an old vehicle. I would have been happy just to have the player work again (and to rescue the CDs stuck inside!), but was pleasantly surprised by the huge improvement in audio quality. Would definitely recommend them!

I went in with a significantly difficult and unknown factory radio in my 2019 Honda insight. Being a premium stereo it consisted of a premium amplifier pushing 10 channels of highly over minipulated sound frequencies resulting in a stereo that sounded nice at low volumes but screeched like a banshee in heat when played at high volumes. I had replaced all my speakers in the car and had done a tremendous amount of sound dampening to no real effect. I came to the conclusion I needed new amplifiers and a way to reshape the frequencies to take care of this obnoxious system. Doing research with friends of mine it became apparent no information on this system existed and this car was the first to have this amplifier in it. I went to Adam at complete mobile and within one hour of sound testing and reviewing the amplifier he had a plan of action. The price was a bitter pill to swallow, but then my demands of the system were quite high and the car needed 10 channels to subdue. I took the car in for install and 9 hours later I had a tamed banshee howling loud, clear, and precisely customized music in my ears. We did run into a blown sub due to an overuse of hearty bass on an undersized 8 cone, but he quickly installed my old 12 sub in the trunk the next day and tuned the bass to the way I wanted it. Not only that, he also did a quick modification on my lights in the car that I had expressed interest in and refused to except payment. Smart guy since I think he knows Ill be back to do more cool mods on the car. Adam is personable, friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly, highly knowledgeable. It took quite a while to find a place in Maine to find someone who can do custom work, isnt an unapproachable audiophile, and knows how to do cool things to your car that a geek as well as the average consumer will find helpful. Dont let my bitter pill of price scare you away, the equipment I bought and the features I wanted from my stereo demanded a higher price in equipment. What I paid for was much less than youd expect for 9 hours of tuning, research and hi-fi equipment. I cant recommend this place too much.

After buying a new Tundra in December, it was immediately obvious that the audio system needed signficant help. The dealer from whom I bought the truck uses Complete Mobile to install remote starters, so I checked out their website then called Adam to talk about audio alternatives.I was immediately impressed with how well he knew the number of possible audio systems available in the Tundra and after talking about my budget, he recommended an Audison power amplifier as a good first step.Their shop is pretty busy and I had to wait over a month for an appointment, but it was well worth the wait. To my surprise, my new Jaguar F-Pace did not come with Sirius XM despite having the Technology Package with Meridian sound system. I was told by the dealer that it was not possible to retrofit Sirius. After a frustrating Internet search, I contacted Adam at Complete Mobile and he recommended a solution and quickly scheduled an installation. He installed a Sirius tuner that connects to the existing FM radio and works flawlessly. The cabling was challenging, but Adam was an artist in running the wires and skillful in putting everything back together. The price was fair, the experience was positive and Adam was very professional. I recommend Complete Mobile without hesitation.

I bought a remote starter from a local vendor and I started having problems with it so I went to Complete Mobile and talked with Adam. He explained and showed me what the problem is which the first vendor did a sloppy job and did not solder the wires. Adam did honor the warranty but the damage was already done. I had him replace the unit and he was very reasonable on the price. The first vendor went under. Complete Mobile is over 80 miles from my house and its worth the trip since I know its done right.
