Sarah graciously greeted me as a walk in customer with questions and stress. She took the time to listen and understand, and got me an appointment with Mark two days later. David, his dad and secretaries have been outstanding with their help. Thoroughness, friendliness and ability to help on short notice have been fantastic. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate both before and including pandemic period and business was continuous. Very happy with their service and ease of scheduling appointments.

The people at Supreme Hearing are very friendly and nice to deal with and be around. Very family oriented and once you go to them you feel like you have known them forever. No matter the issue they resolve it right away. I would recommend them to anyone that has a hearing loss.

My husband has had a hearing loss for many years he has been a customer of two other businesses that have excellent reputations. At the suggestion of his insurance company he changed to Supreme Hearing in Scarborough. The service and the warranty is so much better as is the personnel. The last practice he went to nickeled and dime him for every little thing that he needed. It seemed nothing was ever covered by the warranty even though his hearing aides were only months old. Larry has called and visited the office at Supreme hearing for adjustments and parts he never has been charged for their services. His hearing aides are of amazing quality which enables him to hear better than he has heard in many years. Larry is very impressed with their products and policies, he would definitely recommend Supreme Hearing to anyone that needs help with their hearing.

I came to my seasonal house in Kennebunkport and needed my hearing aids serviced. Sabrina and Michael were outstanding . Fabulously helpful, and efficient, from the first phone call to the pick up of the new ones. I cannot recommend them highly enough . I have had my hearing aids for over 4 years and they were much better at explaining everything than my place in Massachusetts. I would definitely recommend them. Awesome service. Dr. David was great. I brought my mother cause she had to have someone she understand what was being said. But Dr David was clear and announced his words great.

I have used Supremes services in Scarborough for the past three years when in Maine for the summer. Seems like I have some small and occasionally larger problem with my hearing aids (which were bought elsewhere). But whenever I have needed help, Supreme was able to find a solution. They are knowledgeable and service oriented healthcare professionals with a secret weapon - Sabrina - who answers the phone, greets you at the door, and knows how to get things done. Also, in these COVID 19 days, I felt very comfortable and safe in their environment.

I was a little nervous about having to get hearing aids, David spent so much time with me explaining what will this would mean. I even had my husband come in with me when I went back before I made my decision. David was so patient with us. Once I got them David spent over an hour helping me get comfortable with them. My follow up was over an hour and I was so pleased when I left. Sabrina is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable offering drinks and great candies!! I realize we will have a long relationship with everyone here and that is comforting.

Love this place, appointment times are recognized-no waiting! Receptionist is a sweetheart, so willing and knowledgeable, she runs a good office! Takes a while to get used to my aids-but they make life so much more enjoyable.

The office and staff is very warm and inviting The personal and professional attention from them was exactly as their name implies: Supreme. On a 1-5 star rating, Supreme Hearing is a solid 5 star provider.

Great personal service!

Had a problem with my hearing aid, I called from work in the morning and spoke with Sabrina. She said stop by after work and they would look at it. Got there about3:15 and David fixed it right away. I was out of there in. 20 minutes. As always, a great experience !
