Jennifer was wonderful. I work at StoryPoint Senior Living in Chesterton, IN and we were making a residents dream come true of taking her to Maine. Maine was the only state she had not yet visited. While staying in Lebanon Maine at relatives home, I needed a scooter for my wife as hers finally bit the dust. Very happy with our dealing with 101 Mobility. Matt was great when he came to our house to discuss stairlift options, and showed a real understanding of our situation. Guys doing the actual installation were very courteous and professional. It took 9 weeks to get our lift manufactured and installed, but with Covid and help shortages, that was very understandable. The folks at 101 Mobility have been terrific. Everyone Ive had contact with was professional and friendly Ive had to manage everything by phone due to hip surgery -- I couldnt be more pleased.I rented a lift chair from them while I was in rehab and they delivered it the day I got home. I then bought a ceiling lift for my husband -- their price was very good and the installation very professional. I also bought a lift chair. When the backrest stopped working, they came the same day to try to fix it but they had to order a motor that arrived in two days. They were prepared to loan me a chair so I could get some sleep while waiting for the motor.

I would highly recommend 101 Mobility for your ramp needs. Being on a knee walker due to no weight bearing on one foot, it made it difficult to get in and out of the house and to my driveway. I would have to either hop up and down the stairs, there’s only 3, or use my crutches, or scoot up and down on my butt. Either way was not comfortable or very safe. I contacted 101 Mobility and due to my urgency they were installing my ramp the next day. Now I can get in and out of my house and to my driveway so much easier and safer. Thank you 101 Mobility.

I purchased a Bruno Vehicle wheelchair lift from 101 Mobility. It is simple to use. I am 90 years old my wife suffered a broken hip and was hospitalized for 2 weeks with the lift I was able to use my wheel chair and be with her the whole time.I had an Acorn stairlift for five years. repairs were expensive Service was poor, requiring 6 days to fix an outage.. I had it replaced with a Bruno stairlift from 101 Mobility. A far superior product at the same price much faster. and much better repair time.101 Mobility is far superior to AcornRichard Wise U. S. 101 Mobility is the best of the best!After some bad experiences with two other companies just trying to get them to schedule an appointment and keep the appointment was a challenge but one day while searching for stair climbers I found 101 Mobility and this wonderful man answered the call his name was Matt and what a wonderful man he is, he cares and hears what you have to say.Matt came right away no hesitation and I now have 2 yes 2 stair climbers in my new home. I have knee problems and the stair climbers have given me back my independence and so greatly improved my quality of life . Each time I had to go up or down the stairs it was becoming more and more difficult because these stairs are what my husband refers to as stairs from hell because they are so steep. Each step up or down was fearful wondering when the knee might give out but NOW I have the climbers YEAH best investment I ever made.I love the climbers but I also have the utmost respect for Matt and his company. 101 Mobility was very helpful to my in-laws - talked through our needs and options clearly, and offered very cost effective used stair lifts that were in great shape and they were able to install the next day. This met their immediate need due to an injury. Installation was professional, and though there was one issue discovered a few days later they quickly came back out to fix it. I feel as if 101 Mobility really has the customers needs at heart.

I had an excellent experience with 101 Mobility. I had to quickly obtain a ramp for a family member and Mat and Connor made it happen within a day and a half. I ordered a gently used ramp from this company and I was extremely happy with their turn around time and installation. Jenny provided me with options to fit my clients budget and walked us through the entire process, I would highly recommend this company for anyone.

I needed to rent a ramp with a very short time frame and had no idea what to do or how to find out what I needed. We can only use our front door, and we have a large yard, and of course it is January and full of ice and snow! I called to get some basic information, and Mat answered. We spent roughly half an hour on the phone discussing my needs and what he needed to know about my home and situation, and then he set up a time to come to the house to do an evaluation the next day, working around my work schedule. He was so professional and helpful, and really took his time with me and was sure to explain every step of the process. All of this was before we had even signed any contracts, or made any decisions! I was impressed by all of the reviews I found, and by the information sent to me, and of course by Mat himself when he came to the house. The installation was scheduled for the same day as my mothers discharge from the rehab hospital, and as soon as I knew what time she would be picked up, I let the office know and was assured the ramp would be done in time. Mat and his team showed up and installed the ramp in the ice, and were done in just a few hours, in time for my mother to come home, as promised. Mat even sent me a text message and pictures when the job was done so I would know and could put her mind at ease by showing her the ramp was waiting for her! I needed ramps installed for my father within a two week window. He was moving into a new place and my original installer backed out on me last minute.
