Richard Torres was an exceptional sales person. He took the time to show me the different mattresses the store had to offer after telling him which mattress, I was shopping for. He explained the process after I paid for the mattress, how the warranty works, and the trial if I did not like the mattress. The location was clean. I will recommend Richard and this location to friends and family!

My wife and I purchased a mattress, a mattress protector, and a sheet set, and we are so happy that Nofel assisted us! He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about all products in the store and explained all the benefits of them. He gave a thorough demonstration of all options. Although a delivery and an installation were not as smooth as wed hope, he called us during the installation and made sure that everything was taken care of properly. It was such a pleasant experience, thanks to Nofel and we will definitely come back in the near future!

Barry Somerfield in the Eastchester, NY showroom was delightful to work with in order to select the mattress and adjustable box spring. When Barry wasnt in I spoke to Rich Strickland from the Larchmont, NY location who was also helpful and courteous. I also spoke to David who was informative and helpful. The three delivery people were outstanding. They were friendly, careful with the movement of the beds and a pleasure to work with.

They were even so polite and respectful of our house that they wore paper booties over their shoes to keep our floors and rugs clean while walking inside, the whole experience was extremely professional! I want to start up this review by stating that myComplaint has nothing to do with this particular store. The sales representatives in the store were very helpful.This is a review based on the politics and behaviors of mattress firm the company. My husband and I had a failed mattress that we received a warranty credit on. We went to the store and purchased a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement is not to our liking, and we would like to exchange it. It’s two twin XL mattress that push together to make a king, but there were no twin XL mattresses in the store for us to see. We assumed that the two mattresses would be touching/together. Now, if you see the mattresses together, there is a large gap between the two mattresses. As my husband said, it’s like sleeping in entirely separate beds - not what we were going for.The mattresses were delivered yesterday. I went first thing this morning to the store to request the exchange, because they have the 120 nights sleep guarantee, right?When I spoke to the store about exchanging this mattress for a regular king size mattress, they told me there was nothing they could do. Their hands were tied, I was stuck with this mattress that is uncomfortable and too small for my six foot tall husband. I called MF Corporate customer service, they refused to help me as well. I’ve been getting the runaround and I’m disappointed. Sleepys had much better customer service, what a shame the company has faltered so much.

I bought my queen size from Sleepys . I went back to the store to buy a New King and discovered it is now Mattress Firm. Thankfully My salesman Dan was Still there . Dan had sold me the queen, so he knew the type of bed I Liked . I got my King delivered 4 days ago, and now I Sleep like a King in my New King bed. I Am So Happy Dan was there for Me.

Was very pleased with sales process and service. Nick worked with me as I priced out Macy’s and R&F and Mattrress Firm gave us the best deal. They were honest and the only ones who seemed to care for the business. The only thing I didn’t love was the mattress truck delivered the mattresses wrapped, but also had old mattressses on them. Not a fan of that, but that was not related to store experience. That is an issue they need to fix in delivery

Dan was a big help in making picking out a mattress so easy. Come to Sleepys in Eastchester!
