Excellent overall experience. Neal and his team exceeded expectations from the start of my carpet replacement. Great pricing on rooms and stairs. Professional installers that can handle the unexpected and do perfect work without any damage. They moved furniture around and cleaned as they tore up old carpet, and they cleaned after the job. Crew wore masks the entire time and were friendly and polite.

What can we say? Neal has helped us pick the right carpet for so many rooms in our current and former homes that we are losing count! Not only does the store have such an incredibly wide range of carpets from so many different companies, but the customer service you will get from Neal is so personalized, professional and top notch. Neal first takes the time to understand your wishes and needs and then pulls ideas for you to look at. We were indecisive on our last purchase, and Neal was so patient with us through the whole process. We made multiple trips back to the store and changed our minds several times, but Neal never made us feel rushed. After we finally settled on our choice, Neal worked hard to ensure the carpet arrived and was installed in our tight timeframe. We really cant recommend Neal and his whole staff (who also helped us along the way) enough!

I normally dont give reviews on stores or products. However on this occasion I will say carpet gallery, is by far an excellent choice for carpeting or hard wood floors. The service and quality of their products are of high standard.. I did the Home Depot and discount carpet places. Yeah never again! Neil and his team at carpet gallery know what is needed to give you a quality product and services. Experience with professional knowledge.

I was looking for high end flooring at a discounted price and I needed it installed quickly. I went to 3 stores before going to Carpet Gallery. Rob & Neal at Carpet Gallery found me rolls and remnants that they had in their inventory of hand made wool carpets for less than 1/2 what I was offered at the other stores on Central Avenue. The installation was done in less than a week and I cant say ho w much I appreciate the professionalism of the crew that came to my house. Carpet Gallery has made a customer for life and I will be going back there in the spring to replace another 3 rooms..

I have ordered from carpet gallery a couple of times and I enjoy going in there I love looking at all their selection and the staff is friendly in the store is clean. they have always had something that I went home with what I was looking for it or not.

Overpriced, with absolutely terrible post-sale customer service. Their president, Neal Stanger, will tell you every lie in the book to make his sale. He sold me a SmartStrand carpet, claiming that it was pet stain-proof, low maintenance, hardy, etc. Lo and behold, it clings to pet urine odor, stains, and loses its fiber resilience after only a week after being laid out.Upon asking for advice on how to filing a claim on the authenticity/replacement of the rug, he proceeds to offer to replace the rug for half of what I already paid (mind you, he already charges double MRSP) upon carpet investigation, or to upgrade to the SmartStrandSilk for a little more than half of the cost of what that carpet wouldve been marketed for at his store. Ive been ignored ever since I asked about financing for the upgrade.In a nutshell, save your hard-earned money and order your carpet/rugs elsewhere. Your patience and sanity will thank you.

They accommodated me and gave me some money back, which, considering its been 5 years, was remarkable. Still think its overpriced.

Awful! I called and talk to the guy who answer the phone and explained what i need and he just said I Cant Help you! Just because i told him i bought this particular floor somewhere else and now need just one box! What a sales person! Now i know where to tell my friends not to go or call!
