If the clever name Eye Q does not draw you into this stylish establishment, the friendly staff definitely will! As a new patient everyone was so accommodating and answered all of my questions. Dr. Bablin guided me through the process and assisted me in finding my perfect prescription. The optical manager Susy then helped me find beautiful frames and suggested the appropriate add-ons for my daily lifestyle. I appreciate how the staff all worked together to provide me with a great experience and I am so thrilled to have gone home with clearer vision and stylish frames.

The best! Dr. Stein was so thorough and kind it made my eye exam easy. I also had a private room to wait for my appointment (which was only a few minutes wait) The store is very clean and a good stock of frames. I ended up with a new pair that I love! Stacy was tons of help in choosing them and DIDN’T TRY TO UPSELL ME!!! That’s a first! I will definitely be coming back for future exams and glasses. Love, love, love.

Fantastic. I have been to five other eye doctors over the past 20+ years. Dr. Zlatin is the only doctor that has given me amazing results. With his vast knowledge and use of current technology, he has been able to give me thorough exams with so much less stress than the other doctors gave me. Go see him ASAP!!!

I found the front staff to be unprofessional and not accommodating to the diverse needs of the community. When I booked my appointment online with Dr. Sutnick, they called and asked if I could be moved to the male doctor. I said no. They tried to convince me saying she was only a new graduate, but again I said no as new graduates still go through a ton of training and due to cultural reasons I prefer to see women for medical treatment. My appointment went well with Dr. Sutnick being patient and understanding with my eye issue. We booked a follow up to see if the treatment she prescribed was working well. I get home and get another call. They say they switched my appointment to the male doctor. I feel rushed and confused - I already said twice I want to see Dr. Sutnick and just had an appointment with her. Over text they follow up and say more-or-less that it’s the male doctor or nothing for this location. :( Now I need to find another place to get treatment. :( I don’t understand. I’ve requested my doctors to be either women or non-binary people my entire life. You’re located in a diverse area and some of us have a gender preference with doctors. Don’t bad mouth your doctors just cause they’re new graduates. It’s unprofessional. Two stars cause Dr. Sutnick was great, just the front desk staff was not.

I needed an eye exam to renew my license. I called Eye Q, and was booked for an appointment within two days. The visit was quick! The doctor gave me the eye test and the staff uploaded it right into the DMV website. It was a very easy and positive experience. The doctor and staff were all very friendly and professional.

This is the best eyeglass store and best optometrist I’ve visited in my life. The store owner is knowledgeable and friendly and the optometrist is top-notch. You can tell they really care about everything they do and have very high standards. I really feel like my eyesight is being cared for perfectly.

Excellent service and Doctor Zlatin has great knowledge on all kinds of eye related issues. I had lasik and it didn’t work out well and I had dry eyes and bad night visions. With the orthokeratology treatment at Eye Q, I start to see clearly again and it is non-surgical and can be adjusted over time. I wish I knew this earlier as an alternative to lasik.

Dr. Stein is incredibly professional. She is also extremely friendly and personable. I am very happy I found Eye Q and will be sure to return.

I’ve been coming to eye q for years it’s always the best experience! This time around i brought in my younger brother who has special needs. Eye apps are not always the most comfortable thing for him. As soon as we got to eye q Ron made him feel so comfortable! His professionalism and thoughtfulness was amazing. Very good service. Good and professional eye doctor. They have these innovative antifatigue lenses that are just perfect for me. Was looking for a specific frame that they didnt have inhouse but ordered for me. They even ordered a different color frame first (as my color was in back order) to get the lens production process done quicker and speed up the whole process a lot. Good flexibility with insurance as well.
