Horrible services. i asked for a jumbo coconut milk tea with mixed poppers and a jumbo brown sugar milk tea. the coconut milk tea came with little to no actual milk and the cup was full with poppers. the brown sugar milk tea came with absolutely NO tapioca. do not buy from here!!

Nice looking place. Friendly employees. Decent tea and froyo 🍨. Have had better but definitely have had worse. So they are worth the try.

This was actually really really good. Im a huge boba fan and this place blew me away. I had the passion fruit boba and it was beyond amazing. Highly recommend you go there, you wont regret it.

I just ordered 4 bubble tea drinks and all of them tested like milk with no flavor. I call them yo let them know what happened but they basically did not care. I asked to speak to a manager but no one was available. I have been a good client of theirs but I will never go back again.

Our go-to froyo place. Great toppings. Only criticism is that they are constantly changing flavors and lean too heavy into non-standard fruit flavors.

I go here all the time to enjoy the ice cream. Wonderful rotating flavors. I would take my troops here only if they could leave their factories and defendant posts in Lothal.

The bubble teas are awesome. A little on the sweet side. 1/2 sweet is perfect. The GG Calypso smoothie is my favorite thing there. Incredibly refreshing and delicious.

I gave 3 stars because even though I enjoyed my pineapple fruit tea was awesome my friend didnt enjoy her almond matcha milk tea and the bubbles werent cooked all the way thru. Friendly and professional staff through and through and like I said the pineapple fruit tea was excellent. I honestly wouldve preferred it without the bubbles but still good

Got the horchata bubble tea and guava fruit tea. Horchata was very good, a little strong cinnamon taste but still delicious. Guava tea was very refreshing. Definitely recommend.

Frozen yogurt here is delicious! The cheesecake and hazelnut with a little chocolate was perfect! Toppings are also fresh and tasty everytime.

3 stars for a benefit of the doubt. My friend and I only had the milk bubble tea, and we did not like it. I am very experimental so Ive tried other milk teas from other shops and this one just did not make the cut. The tea was poorly mixed, as the powder was still seen on the plastic film that seals the cup, on both cups, and the flavor was very subpar in comparison. For a first time bubble tea drinker, this might be okay but for someone thats found joy in trying multiple places over the last few years, I was very disappointed. Maybe the froyo could be a hit, but I wont be back for a drink anything like what I had.Pro: Place is clean and quiet

I been here before but today the shop was unkept. Floors was dirty and sticky. The smoothie wasnt well blended. I pay via card they only text or email receipt. One girl was in the front working hard possibly with online orders. She had to go get her coworker from the back whom seemed reluctant to make the the smoothie as she had her airpods in. Everyone has a bad day I guess.

I’m giving it a four ⭐️... because they’re yogurt flavors are pretty 🔥. They’re delicious my favorite is taro. The staff is usually sweet and friendly. They also have a point system if you guys are interested ask the staff about it.I was actually really crazy about their bubble tea when I started coming to this establishment. Again my favorite flavor was taro. They’re smoothies were pretty good as well but lately I stopped ordering they’re drinks completely.I’m not one to quit on a business if they have a mistake one time. I’m for the people not against them, but lately the last 3x I ordered a drink it’s been poorly made 😒 worst of it all I don’t realize it until I get home.First mistake was my taro bubble tea tasted like water.Second time was the same deal.The third time I was like“not this time I’m going to make sure they add extra taro”they happily did only this time it was extremely sweet.So I stopped ordering completely.I still love their yogurt flavors ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they have new ones all the time.They’re sooo good 🤤 it perfect after dinnerOr after being out all day and you need something to freshen you up.

Go Greenly came through for me after a disappointing pickup experience with another bubble tea shop. Staff here are very polite! They greet me warmly as I walk in. Convenient pickup system. I like to order extra flavor as the drinks are a bit pale in color without extra. But I like the size & texture of their bubbles.

Good froyo place, although some machines that were undergoing maintenance werent properly labled, and they ended up dispensing liquid yogurt.

Its was first time but wonderful bubble tea and frozen yogurt. I wish they serve roll ice cream.

What once was is hopefully temporarily no longer thanks to COVID19 restrictions. This place usually would permit patrons to sample their various yogurt flavors (taro, vanilla bean, pistachio, birthday cake, etc )before making final decisions. Now you either text your order before arrival or grab a clip board and fill out form with your requests including assorted toppings. Thereafter, its just a brief wait since youre not permitted to enter the premises. In addition, if youre registered with their loyalty program, it is being discontinued. Not sure when this program will officially be dishonored so if you have a substantial balance, please use it before you lose it! The great quality of their yogurt flavors remain the same. Kids love it as well since they have many sweet toppings options that virtually only a kid will love. They also create bubble teas and smoothies. Its a nice refreshing pit stop on a warm day but with no access to their tables and chairs is a bummer thanks to the pandemic. Enjoy nonetheless🙂

Lady sitting in the front window saw us arrive 14 minutes before they close (9pm), and walked over to flip the sign to close. Either the owner loves loosing money, or the staff cares more about being on their phones 15 minutes before closing and not earning their wage. Small variety in bubbles teas, generic flavors too, and prices are high. Only reason i wondered into this store twice is because kong fu tea and vivis bubble tea are far and hard to find in the Westchester area. Call before going ! They rarely pick up.

Green gives the impression that its healthy choices I feel there should be more options of healthy drinks... like smoothies with veggies.

Went to good place yesterday for a smoothie. The smoothie was pretty good. They were up central avenue a little more but they moved to this spot. I will return, the ice cream is a little pricey and there is a $7.00 minimum on all credit card transactions.

Bad customer serviceSpoke to Harrison and another worker who claimed to be supervisor. She was extremely unprofessional. I went in and bought 4 drinks. Two of the cups broke and split right in the middle. Laminated lid was still intact. I called and asked for a new drink, they said no problem. I make the second drive down there and he had a change of heart. They refused to replace our drinks. What a waste of time and gas to head back if they were never going to replace the drinks. It spilled from their cheap cups. Better off staying away from people who don’t value customers and their hard working money. H-mart will be getting my business.

Amazing selection of bubble tea and the halo halo was really good, too. Friendly staff, good prices, everything Ive tasted was soooooo good, and the wait time was practically nonexistent. If you havent been here before, I would 100% recommend you try it out.

I LOVE Go Greenly! The frozen yogurt is amazing and there is a wide variety of toppings. My personal favorites, though, are the bubble teas. I would highly recommend the lemon fruit tea and/or the green apple fruit tea with strawberry poppers instead of tapioca pearls. It tastes super good. I love going back for more. You should try it out!

Delicious bubble tea!

Very clean place with seating and sampling cups for the soft self-serve ice cream. Good parking outside. We got a delicious green drink, apples, mint, cucumber and strawberry, and sampled various yogurt ice-creams, and also had a ube, Korean purple yam square cake with a sprinkling of shaved coconut! Very friendly staff. Restroom inside. I returned recently and got a green drink of apples, pineapple, mint and kale... this is going to be my drink next time too because it was really delicious and so healthy for you too! They put the right amount of mint!

Quiet and clean, LOVE bringing my little one (4 years old) here and have been bringing her to Go Greenly Central Avenue for the past two years for quality time. She’s able to pick from a large variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings.The rewards program is a plus and having the ability to use or accumulate points for future purchases is great. 💕

Purchased (curbside) what I thought was a 10oz cup of frozen yogurt for $7.50 and what I received was 6oz. I weighed it when I arrived home because it seemed too small, and it was. Will not be doing curbside again.

I love go greenly but Ive came here a few times between 915 to 945 and they wouldve already had the door locked and or already turned off the machines for bubble tea. The advertised time is 10 pm, if you guys want to start closing at 930 please advertise 930 so i dont drive 30 mins with my family only to get turned down by rude staff members. This has happened to many times to count, thats why this is the only reason Im even writing this. When i see the change i will change my rating because this place derserves 5 stars for its products.Thank you for your reply, i will change my rating and i hope i can come at 930 without any issues. thank u so much.

Very, very delicious milk tea with suitable sweetness, rich milk tea flavor, very waxy and soft pearls, it was amazing
