Im posting this review on behalf of my husband Andrew. I accompany him to his appointments and we always have a positive experience. Dr. DAuria gives my husband good advice when making important decisions about his hearing.

Dr. D’Auria gave me an extremely thorough examination and set me up with a pair of hearing aids to my liking. We had a one on one low key exam. There was no rush and he answered all my concerns. Thank you!

Dr. DAuria came highly recommended and he exceeded even that review. He and his audiology aide were very friendly and professional. But even more than that, I was tested very thoroughly to assess the exact nature of my hearing loss. As an engineer, I appreciated all the detail and data associated with those tests. I look forward to getting the hearing aids and hope it will improve the quality of my life...Just not having to say What? in most conversations will be a huge improvement and certainly will be less embarrassing. Hearing every note my talented granddaughter sings will truly be a blessing.

At Audio Help Hearing Center of Scarsdale, NY I received superb service. I was pleasantly greeted by their receptionist, British, who was very punctual and professional while signing me in. On top of that, I well taken care of by Dr. D’Auria who was very patient with me in his explanations. He gave clear thorough feedback to me on every procedure he performed, and he was very personable. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit and even ear cleaning.

I went into Audio Help in Scarsdale today very depressed due to my old hearing aides not working and I could not hear a thing. This was my first time ever to this Center so I did not know what to expect. My prayers were answered from the front desk staff to the audiologist and actually all the employees there ( even the boss ), they all chipped in and made my experience amazing. Not only did they fix my hearing aides they were able to give me a hearing test and order me new hearing aides, all of this was done today . I googled them and they took me and changed my day from bad to great ! Five stars approved and I never give anyone ratings!

Ive been incredibly impressed with Dr. DAuria. He did an excellent job of explaining how sound travels to the eardrum and to the brain, and how a hearing aid helps. I was very happy with the service provided by Dr. DAuria. He was pleasant as well as informative. He explained test results and how sound travels through ears to brain clearly. I received my report that afternoon and when I emailed a subsequent question, I received an immediate response.

As a mother of two children with hearing loss, finding an audiologist who is patient, caring and attentive is so important. Dr. DAuria is all of these things and more. He is an excellent audiologist, but he also has a great rapport with my teenager, who has been his patient for several years. Dr. DAuria understands the sensitive needs of teenagers with hearing loss and he makes the process of hearing tests, making moulds and getting new hearing aids easy, stress-free and dare I say, fun! I purchased my Widex hearing aids in Florida but had a problem with one of them while up in Westchester. I was recommended to Dr DAuria by a friend, and what a recommendation it was. His office is very modern, his staff is helpful and friendly, and he was knowledgeable and fixed the problem. It clear that he loves what he does. If you need hearing aids I wouldnt use anyone else.

My experience at the Audio Help Hearing Center in Scarsdalewas terrific. Couldnt have asked for more. Dr. Vincent DAuria wasengaged, thoughtful, and took plenty of time to figure out the best solution for my needs. Based on some preliminary research, the costs seemed about average for the type of hearing aid I purchased, though I would have paid a bit more (relative to another seller), because I thought the service so good.

Wonderful experience from the hearing test to final purchase, especially the receptionists (British is her name) cheerful greeting and Dr. DAurias efficient set up and testing of my hearing aids - including installation of the Phonack app on my cell phone and pairing the hearing aids. I had the opportunity to purchase the hearing aids elsewhere for the same price, and chose Audio Help because of Dr. DAurias professionalism, courtesy and accessibility. I highly recommend him.

Being hard of hearing is very isolating and depressing, especially as a very active, social woman. It started in midlife and the more that i had to keep asking “what did you say?”, the more I got angry and retreated. I highly recommend AudioHelp in Eastchester, NY. I bought my 1st hearing aids in Feb. 2010 from a different audiologist. Between then and Sept. 2014, I worked with 4 different reputable audiologists, and I tried and/or bought 8 different types and brands of hearing aids from them. None of those aids was satisfactory for me despite their earnest efforts to fit me properly. Then one of those audiologists suggested I see Dr. Eduardo Bravo of AudioHelp. He fitted me with an Oticon Alta Pro Mini which was perfect from day one (date of purchase: Feb. 2014). His colleague Dr. Vincent DAurio has given me excellent service since then in AudioHelps Eastchester office. I bought my 2nd pair of Oticons in Feb. 2019 and am very satisfied with the quality of the aids and AudioHelps assistance in every way. Dr. Bravo is committed to finding the best possible hearing solution for each patient. I became profoundly deaf in midlife and am considered a difficult case. Dr. Bravo has worked with me tirelessly to maximize my residual hearing. For me an auxiliary microphone such as the Roger Select has made it possible to understand in noise outdoors and with multiple speakers indoors. A hearing aid alone cannot always do this no matter how costly. For me the Select is well worth the additional expense.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Vincent DAuria. He is very patient and takes the time to explain everything in laymans terms. Hearing Loss creeps up on us, and we are sometimes not fully aware of how much we dont hear. We just keep raising the volume on the TV or start using the phrase :what did you say? much too often. Usually someone will make you aware of this (like one of your kids saying Mom, that TV is very loud, or I think you should get your hearing tested. Thats what happened to me. At first I protested but finally did visit Dr. DAuria at Audio Help. He performed a very thorough evaluation of my hearing and the testing showed that I had significant hearing loss. Dr. DAuria explained everything to me in a very professional and calming manner. Well, Happy Ending! I did get hearing aids and I also always wear them. Thanks to Dr. DAuria Im aware of the world around me again.

For a few years I was denying to myself that I was losing my ability to hear clearly, I was asking people: can you say it again can you repeat yourself, a conversation was a lot of effort. When I read about the AUDIOHELP hearing center I made an appointment. I was nervous, I was ambivalent ...Kit Frank welcomed me to her office, her gentle, supportive and professional approach put me at ease. I decided to try a hearing aid. After a week I came back for an adjustment, two weeks later I returned for more fine tuning. Ms. Frank was patient, helpful and a few days later I felt comfortable and I was hearing so much better, so much clearer.Of course I thought that everybody will notice that I have a hearing aid. Nobody said anything, I was surprised ...and when I asked my friends, they were surprised.. Nobody saw that I have a device in my ear. I am comfortable, most of the time I do not remember that I have something in my ear. Thank you Kit for your ongoing services and support. I feel younger and happier.

I recently had my annual hearing test and Dr. Angelo encouraged me to upgrade my hearing aids since I was making the same observations many wearers have with word recognition. I couldnt hear the person sitting next to me in a restaurant, nor a lecture, and listening to TV was like listening to a pond of quacking ducks. New technology was available soooo I purchase new hearing aids. Happy days!!!! I could hear my dining neighbor, graduation speeches for the first time ( Ive attended 13 so far). I got my life back. I didnt realize how much I was missing until I got it all back. Dr. Angelo and all the staff at Audio Help are great to work with. They truly care and want you to hear again.
