Extremely bad experience! The saleswoman is terrible. She yelled at me with no respect. She didnt want to refund me after I showed her the defective tiles they delivered last month. I bought over 1000 pieces. They are expensive. Only 6 defective ones for return or exchange. It happened on Feb 4.

You have to negotiate to get a price that reflects the quality of the tiles you purchase — otherwise if you’re not a sophisticated buyer, you will get waxed.Browsed the New Jersey location in addition to this location. I’d say Jersey is nicer.Anyway, purchased some marble tiles a couple years ago and realized that they source some of their sku’s from China. Didn’t realize I was getting Chinese marble until after the purchase was made.Worthwhile place to shop. Just be mindful of market value.

Immense selection. Helpful staff

Returning tiles and bags of grout, as well as other items. Store manager was very pleasant and helpful. In and out in a flash. Nice stuff in this store. Very pleased with products and install .

You can get lost in this place but it is worth the trip. If you are redecorating, they can help. Qualified people help you select from 100s of colors, patterns and textures of tiles from all over the globe. They can fit and budget too. Take your time to select or have a picture in mind of exactly what you are looking for. Tiles are all shapes and sizes, both indoor and outdoor. It is a wonderland of art in a ceramic zoo of decorative styles complimenting everyones taste. Free parking too. Plan to make many trips here. Bring your designer and contractor too. Good luck!!

I was very impressed with the selection of tiles both for walls and for floor, and with the help in selecting and advice as to what was needed for the job. Katie was extremely helpful to me from start to finish.My contractor thanked me for finding The Tile Shop and plans on using them for his other jobs.

Great product... Easy payment and return process

I cannot say enough about the people who work at The Tile Shop as well as their products. The staff goes over and beyond to help you with selections. We ordered the wrong amount of tile and they did everything they could to get the rest of the tile to us quickly. Quality of the tile is outstanding. Their return policy is also outstanding -- I HIGHLY recommend shopping at The Tile Shop!

I was hesitant at first but, after spending some time in the store and learning about their full money back refund and return policy I decided to give this place a try. I am glad I did. The selection in the store is great and they have a tremendous variety of choices available. The sales help was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all was the return policy. Any tiles that I bought and did not need were easily returned for a full refund with no questions asked. It made me feel very confident to buy from them knowing that they had this policy in place.

Good people here and very helpful. A bit expensive but they have some great tiles by quality and design. I would recommend this place to shop.

Excellent customer service. Our sales person understood exactly what we wanted and picked out several different tiles for us to look at. We picked one and it looks beautiful in our kitchen.

Amazing! There are multiple people there willing to help you- I just told them what my area was, they suggested how many boxes to buy (it was the perfect amount too, only 2 tiles left over) they suggested what would go best with my color scheme and overall I just loved their service

Krista went over and above. When I was purchasing the tile she gave her expert opinion so I got exactly what I needed for my new construction of floors, kitchen and shower. She made sure the price was the best in Westchester. In the following 10 months Krista was available with information for all the bumps in the road regarding tile and contractor issues. My new home is beautiful and I couldn’t have done it without her help.

Have gotten the run around with issuing credits. They will not order tile without a credit card, rightfully so. I did not need all of the extra tiles ordered, and canceled the order...no refund, no credit, and emails everyday asking me to pick up order. They told me it can take up to 14 days for a credit......when they charge you instantly. It is a shady operation in-terms of customer service after the order. Buyer beware, because order8ng tile is tricky and you can be left waiting for your money back.

Fantastic selection, great customer service, and fair prices. We purchased materials to remodel our basement and couldnt be happier with their products and service.

We saw reviews months ago on other sites that were not that great for this store and honestly we avoided going there because of that. That was a mistake - we ended up going there as we were not happy with tiles at those big box home improvement stores and we are so glad we did. We wanted to do subway tile in our kitchen and I had a tile from one of those big box stores and its was shocking how my tile no longer looked white compared to their selection and the overall quality was night and day. They also had beveled edges which is exactly what we needed for some challenging spots in the kitchen. The entire experience was positive, they were very informative, helped us make a decision quickly and they priced this very well. Oh and they were so NICE! We will absolutely go back there and highly recommend shopping at this store. We even left our big box sample tile there to help other customers in the future. So glad we stopped by this store!

Extremely  bad experience. We were renovating the house and spent over 8 000 usd in the shop. In order to have a choice of colors in the natural stone, sales person advised us to buy 30 % extra. As soon as some parts of the project have been accomplished we have started returning extra stones.   The sales rep advised not to return anything partially but to finish the project and return it all. When we have finished the house renovation and brought everything extra back, they didn’t want to take it as there was more than 6 month passed since the initial purchase. The sales person that has sold us all has been gone for a while and after a big discussion sales manager Krista Green accepted to take the stones back but to give us a store credit. Apparently their system does not have option to make a refund after 6 months.  Now we have a huge store credit and revolting feeling to get back to that shop, so if you are shopping in this store be careful about it.
