Best compressor service around!

I was introduced to Fluid-Aire, recently, through a colleague. I had an excellent experience working with multiple people throughout. Giovanni in service is helpful and knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the company. Kelsie in HR is very professional and attentive to questions and requests. I met with Mike and Kevin as well who make great effort to maintain the highest caliber of service at every level in the company. When it comes to experience, quality, and customer satisfaction, Fluid-Aire is among the best companies I have ever met with.

The worst company to work for. Fluid-Aire may take care of their customers but treat their employees with no respect. The management lacks integrity and professionalism. One day you are doing a great job and the next you are terminated via email with no explanation. It’s horrible how they treat people who are not part of their religious group. Best of luck to you Fluid-Aire.The way you treat people will come back to bite you.

Was able to get an acquitance of over to them to get their unit repaired. Quick and great service.

Im retired now, but I contracted with Fluid Aire for years on a service agreement at the company that I had worked at. Brad and Derrick Taylor were great to work with. I thought they were priced well and I knew that I could count on them. Ed Diener in service support was always helpful to get things going when I called with a problem.Jason was the main tech that would come out to do repairs or maint. Sometimes Julius would come out if Jason was on a call. I could always rely on these guys to do excellent work, clean up, customer courtesy. Great and trustworthy people!excellent response time to our service needs. I called the other day around lunch time and had a guy at my door in about 2 hours!! Very impressive!highly recommend!

Not a company I would ever do business with. They have been trying to collect on an invoice that they say we owe. They say its been 128 days since theyve done the work but cannot provide a signed work order. Not a very trustworthy company. They dont have any integrity.
