Great experience at marksound. Mark was very professional and kind. He’s very knowledgeable and upfront about what his place offers. I was able to call in and even get my remote starter installed the same day. He gave me an estimate of couple hours since i called last minute. But i was amazed on how fast they got it done. Recently was referred to Marksound to have a new AV deck installed in my vehicle. They were very quick to communicate via email and provided affordable options and detailed all installation costs before proceeding. They let me know once all of the details were finalized that they could have it installed the very next day, and within just a few hours. They did an absolutely amazing job installing it, and makes my car look and feel significantly newer with the added media features and backup camera.

Had my Honda CRV installed their remote starter, great and fast service. Product has a good quality never gave a problem particularly Polar vortex days one click on the remote even on a far away distance and my car/auto immediately started. Good job in service and product supply. Highly commendable installation shop.

Bought a new car in 2011 and needed my subs and amp moved from my old car to the new one. Had them build a custom box so that it fit nice and snugly in the trunk without compromising grocery/utility space and they did a wonderful job. My sounds are crisp, deep, and Im extremely happy with the discreet wiring work they did - nice and clean.Also, the fact that I can turn my bass all the way up without my amp conking out anymore is a plus (system was installed improperly before)!!Go here for any of your car audio needs and more. Excellent experience! Mark is very approachable and helpful. I recently had him install a remote car starter for me. He walked me through the available options and showed me how to use it once the installation was complete. The installation comes with a life time warranty! He also fixed my fiances remote starter transmitter for free! I highly recommend this business.

My experience was top notch. Most notably, youd be hard pressed to find an easier guy to work with than Mark. Endlessly friendly and patient, hell go over every option out there to make sure you get exactly the setup you want, without pushing to upsell you. Hes respectful of peoples time and bends over backwards to work with your schedule. I got a new head and speakers in my roadster and they made it look like it came from the factory that way. They were able think on their feet and make a few necessary adjustments along the way to get it all perfect. All that for what Id consider to be a very reasonable price. Five stars top to bottom.

Very professional and not overly priced. I have had the same starter since 2000 and had it transferred to another car in 2015 for very reasonable cost. Mark, is a great guy who really loves what he is doing and I think that’s the main reason they are so successful.

I just went in today to get a head unit and back up camera installed. Mark was extremely easy to work with and a delight to talk to. You can really tell he loves what he does. Hes so passionate about it so I trusted him instantly in his judgement on the pioneer unit. It took less than 2 hours to install and they showed me how to operate everything before I left. Made sure to ask me if I had any questions before letting me go. Great experience. Definitely coming back and recommending everyone here.

Called Marksound to ask to see if they would do a firmware update on a head unit I had. Spoke with Mark who told me to come by the next day and he knocked it out in 15 minutes. Mark was extremely easy to work with and is genuinely kind. I have a few other video projects that I will be needing done in the near future and Marksound has won all of my business.

Went here to get some audio installed in my car based off the reviews I read online. My car sounds amazing after the system they put in. Very friendly people that work here that do awesome work. If your looking for fair prices, friendly people and people who won’t upsell you anything that’s not necessary then what you need then this is the place for you! I took an hour drive because I heard how great they’re with their customers! Mark is an amazing man who has great installers!

Mark is very personable, respectful and understands customer service! There was an small issue. The starter that was going to be put into my vehicle, didnt come in. Mark took charge and upgraded the starter at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Thats great customer service! Way to go! Starter works great! Love the upgrade! My only suggestion is the waiting area or showroom could be more updated. I will be returning in the future and will suggest MarkSound to any of my friends or coworkers! Already have btw!

Got a new stereo and speakers for my old Corolla here. A couple hundred dollars for the stereo and a couple hundred dollars for the speakers and my commute into the city is much more bearable. Installation only took a few hours. Mark is friendly and helpful as a salesperson. This is a great local business!

Marksound Audio is THE most professional audio installation shop ive seen yet. they were able to install my new headunit at an EXTREMELY reasonable price and they did a fantastic job! No squeaks, no parts out of place, and the installation of the head/mounting unit is perfect. Very fast, i wasnt waiting long! Mark was nice enough to quote me over the phone a couple weeks ago and the total cost came to be exactly what he said it would; DOWN TO THE PENNY! This new radio really brought my audio system to life and i look forward to getting new speakers installed by them very soon!

Spoke with Mark to work on pricing for almost a week, he was patient and reasonable; Mark and his guys did an outstanding job. Absolutely happy with the install and service I received from Marksound. There was a small glitch with the remote start I had installed not playing nice with the push start on my vehicle that didnt show itself until after Id already left the day of the install, but they got me in the very next business day and solved the problem. Great overall experience! We either went in to the store or called with questions about 5 times before our actual service. The education on products was very helpful. We never felt like we were being sold to.We added a remote start to our Prius and it was about 1/3 less than the quote given by Toyota do it AND we got a better product with better service! On the day of our actual installation, it was even finished earlier than expected.Its so rare anymore to work with a business that every single aspect of the experience exceeds your expectation and you want to rave about it. We would definitely recommend that Mark be your first call!

Very awesome place. Took my Chrysler Sebring in there last minute to install a navigation-touchscreen-radio and backup camera that i purchased on amazon and they had it ready in 3 hours! So far my new system is working great...highly recommend this place. Skip geek squad and go here....

All in all a great experience. Had them install a Pioneer 8200nex in my 2015 WRX. Head unit looks great and works flawlessly. Mark is super polite and is always willing to help. Told me the install would take two hours and it only took one. Plan on heading back for some speakers he recommended. Happy customer!

This is my second product that I had Marksound install for me. Back in 2005 they installed a headunit in my Subaru STI and they did an amazing job.Fast forward to 2019 I now have a Jeep Wrangler JKU and I love it! The one thing I did not like was that I felt like it was missing a little oomph with the sound system. The OEM system is lacking low end bass. I picked up a powered under seat subwoofer and had Marksound install it. Flawless job, clean installation. Mark communicated every step of the way. The quality of the install is super clean and the pricing cannot be beat. I trust Marksound with all my vehicles! Thank you guys!

Wanted to get a little extra bass in the stereo that my factory stereo wasnt giving me. Stopped in/ Called Mark and told him the speakers sound fine, just missing that extra bass. He immediately told me about the Rockford Fosgate P300-10 or 12 (10 or 12 sub) Thought about it over some time, looking up reviews, etc. Finally set up an appointment with Mark and wish I had gotten it installed sooner! Went with the 10 sub which is plenty of power for me. I also asked Mark if he could hide the aftermarket volume knob for the sub in a small compartment in the front console and he delivered. I can still get to it to adjust, but cover it up when Im done. Im also able to control the sub through my factory stereo settings as well (which is perfect) Mark was fantastic at answering all of my questions (I had a ton) Thank you Mark and John for an awesome sounding sub!

I took my 2007 Lexus RX350 into Marksound Mobile Audio and Video this morning in order to have a pretty basic install done for me. It consisted of a pair of 3.5 inch JBL Club 3020 in the dash and JBL Club 9630 6x9 in the front doors. The factory non-Mark Levinson system was just not cutting it for me and this modest upgrade is a substantial improvement in sound quality. Im a 56 year old guy and not interested in outrageous sound systems anymore so I am quite pleased with this, though the gears are turning a little bit.I called and spoke to Mark one day last week and set up the appointment for today. Mark was very friendly on the phone as he was at the shop . I listened to him talk to customers on the telephone and go to extreme measures to accommodate their schedule in order to work them in. It was apparent to me that hes a big kid with a good heart and I am very pleased with the work that his staff did for me. I have since returned and had them install a pair of JBL Club Series 6520 6.5 inch speakers in the rear doors.I highly recommend Marksound Mobile Audio and Video to anybody needing a terrific quality car stereo installation. The price I paid this morning was a pittance compared to the cost of the door panels of my ride had I done any damage. Great job!

Just got two remote starters installed - 2003 Infinity G35 and 2009 Acura RDX. Quite a bit of difference in age and technology content between the two cars -- but both installations went flawlessly, and I couldnt have been happier. They install a little known (here in the US) brand of remote starters, called AutoStart. I was suspicious at first, but then started my car last night from a concrete staircase 1,000+ feet away from the car.. so they must know what theyre doing. Wholeheartedly recommend the shop.

Nine years later the system they installed was not working properly. I went back and they installed a new part and reset everything so it works right again for FREE!
