Our car was rear ended while stopped at a traffic light. The car was drivable but it was ugly and the back up sensors didnt work. Schaumburg Auto Body did excellent work for me before. Without question, I went there again. Maggie checked the damage; gave me an estimate and ordered parts. Kim set up a repair date and the car was fixed 3 days after the parts arrived. The repair work was excellent and the paint a perfect match. I highly recommend this business if you need auto body work done. You probably will if drivers keep texting. My car was involved in a hit and run situation parked on a side street one night.. When it came time to get fixed I wanted to bring my 2013 Crosstour to a Honda dealer Auto body shop. I called Schaumburg Honda dealer and though they did not have an Auto repair shop at that location.. they did give me a referral to Schaumburg Auto Body where they said they reference all thier Honda owners to go. I trusted their reference and Im so happy I did! I was so upset over my car being crashed into fearing it would never be the same.. drive the same.. or be reliable again after the damage done to it! They did an incredible job replacing and repainting of the passenger side, rear door and quarter panel of my Hyundai Sonata. I brought my car to Schaumburg Auto Body after being referred by Honda. I had a damaged hood and front fender. The guys at Schaumburg Auto Body did a fantastic job. In three days they replaced my fender with a brand new one and fixed the hood so it looks like a brand new car. Moreover, my car has been cleaned inside and outside, which I did not expect. They worked through the insurance company to get it fixed and they worked with Hertz to get me in a rental car. They have nice and helpful staff. Our Lexus LX570 was side swiped during rainy weather and it was very upsetting to see the damage that had been caused on our brand new car only a few months after he had got it, I didn’t want to give the car to any body shop because I was afraid that the body work wouldn’t turn out good and itd be hard to get the car looking back to perfect, I ended up calling every single Lexus dealership in the Chicagoland and suburbs area and asked them all for their recommended body shop, and after getting all the info, I decided to shop around with only 3 out of the 7 or 8 shops that were recommended based on my own research and seeing reviews online for the recommended shops. I ended up going to Schaumburg auto body first since it was the nearest certified shop from my home, and let me tell you, I went there with the intention of just getting an idea of what kind of shop they are, how there team is, and the quality of their work based on other cars that were in their shop. I spoke to Kim when I got there and explained everything throughly. Kim was extremely nice and helpful, and showed me around the shop and explained what the process would be like for our vehicles repairs. I took a second to decide but after speaking to Kim, I knew that I was at the right shop for our car. They did take a little longer than estimated to complete the repairs, however the work done was absolutely perfect, besides one small imperfection caused by a line where the paint was stopped in the door jamb, I was a little upset and wanted the car to be perfect so I pointed out the issue to Jesse, and he contacted State Farm to discuss the additional work that needed to be done, and State Farm had denied payment for additional work, however, Jesse went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and took the car back in to cover the rest of the work at their own expense, and although the additional work took another additional week, when the car was finally done, it was gorgeous and perfect. I would rate my experience with Schaumburg Auto body 9/10 because of the wait time and small imperfection that the car had after repairs, I have to say though, their customer service and drive for customer satisfaction is unmatched. I would like to thank the whole team at Schaumburg Auto body for working with us and getting our car back on the road and looking perfect, you have gained a life long customer!

He saw the look on my face and sensed something was not right when Enterprise didnt bring the actual car I would be renting, which meant I would have to transfer my hefty car supplies twice. The paint matched great on my red car (that was one thing I was worried about) and the hood got lined up perfectly (which was my second concern when picking up the car). If you need collision repair service you have to go to Schaumburg Auto Body. Xavier is awesome! He explains every detail of the repair and takes care of everything with the insurance company. All I had to do is drop off the car and then pick it up after it was complete. They deserve 6 stars in my option.

I took my 16 Accord Sport to them with the front and rear smashed, with a repair bill of $10k dollars in damage. When I finally picked up my vehicle the quality of work was a 10, perfect paint match, everything looked perfect. I am a car guy myself and I have to say I was very impressed. It seems that they are now urden new management and they are striving to serve their customers. If I am ever in the need to look for a body shop, I will definitely return to them.
