Joe was amazing. I rolled in on Columbus Day without an appointment because I was smelling gasoline in my garage but couldnt see any gas. He was willing to examine the car and found that the tank was corroding from the inside. This, of course, was disconcerting. Makes me wonder about buying a 4th Mitsubishi (Ive already purchased 3). But, thats certainly not his fault. When I told Joe that we were planning to leave on vacation on Wednesday, he went right to work. He was able to secure a tank that arrived on Wednesday and had it installed for me by that night. A pricey repair on an older model car. Again, not his fault.The service team had me on the road and I only lost 1 day of my vacation. Im very satisfied with the service department, but wondering how this happened.

They have great customer service, Kyle Tenner was patient, answered all my questions and knows about the vehicles he sells. I have only one complaint with my experience at Mitsubishi Schaumburg and it is than after I made my purchase and I was at home checking all the purchase papers that Jonathan gave me I found out I was charged$.2,999.00 for a Service contract which incremented the final price that seller and I agreed.My mistake was no to check every datailed fee, but I thought as long as we had agreed a final price all the paperwork was based on that agreement. I already signed so now I have to pay for something I did not ask and something I probably wont use which I think is unfair, thats why I took off 2 stars, other than that their customer service is excellent.

Purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander here last week and have enjoyed every part of the car buying process. Kyle (our sales guy) was extra personable and helped direct us every step of the way. Very palatable thanks to his awesome demeanor, didn’t scream “snake in the grass” when discussing invoice pricing and rates. I have a great appreciation for the Nissan-Mitsubishi crossover and the redesign, I am VERY proud to support this new direction for Mitsubishi and I’ve told everyone who sees my car just how great every aspect is but especially the price for a fully loaded three row vehicle. Best in class. Loved the vehicle so much I have already bought accessories to help maintain its beauty longer, which were also excellently priced. I think at this point I may have talked to every department here but I’m telling you, you can’t go wrong. Parts department was also knowledgeable on new products for a vehicle that literally released 2 months before. Biggest kudos to Joe & Jack for helping direct us with questions, availability, and price transparency. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, especially after checking out all the other vehicles in this class. There was something real about this process I can’t quite explain, but have a hefty appreciation for. Kyle was great. I first reached out a month before my purchase and I think Kyle reached out to me almost every day to get me in to test drive the 2022 Outlander. I finally got in to see him and walked out a new car owner. He’s awesome! I would totally recommend him and this dealership to friends and family. Most of us despise going to car dealers and having to do the hustle, but this place was not like that. They are there when you have questions but also give you your space. There is a Mitsubishi dealer 5 miles from my house, but they lack all customer service skills, so I drove 40 miles round trip to work with Kyle. The entire experience was great!
I had a young man named Kyle T helping me. He was so kind, patient and I loved that he had a mask on. I thanked him and he said keeping me and his family are his priority. He also made sure I made it out to my car safely because it was kind of slippery in the parking lot. I will definitely be back and Kyle took all my info and told me he would check back with me. Please if you are looking for the not so normal push car salesmen ask for Kyle. He is what a car salesmen should be not those hawking kinds you see at other dealerships.

Could not have experienced a better service than what I have received from Joe Cilellia. The service was outstanding! Received a letter from Mitsubishi for the recall of my cross member due to rust and corrosion, called Schuamburg Mitsubishi and got in contact with Joe. He quickly got me an appointment, brought the car in and sat in the waiting room for 10 mins, Joe came to talk to me about how the car needed the crossmember to be changed rather than just a spray to protect the pieces. He also told me that the car had 3 other recalls. Therefore he lended me a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander sport which drove great for an estimated of 6 days. With his wonderful crew they finished the car in 4 days, fixed all the recalls and gave me a free alignment and 27 point inspection free of charge. Saved almost 3000 dollars from the recalls and the services he gave me. Joe’s personality made you feel welcome and a friend of the place rather than a place of business. Not to mention, its the first time I’ve been to this place and meeting Joe. Would 100 percent recommend services from Schaumburg Mitsubishi.

The folks at this dealership are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and don’t try to pressure you or talk you into anything you are not interested in. We bought our first Mitsubishi in 2015 and were happy with our interactions with our sales person, Reed, and the business office staff. We got great service from Joe each time we brought in the car, an Outlander Sport, for maintenance. We travelled a lot in the 5 years we owned it- driving to Florida and back every winter, to California once, to Arizona another time, and to New York on yet another occasion. We never had a problem with the car and were comfortable on the long and short journeys. We were so comfortable with Schaumburg Mitsubishi that we just traded in the original vehicle for a new Eclipse Cross SUV. Again we found friendly staff and our same sales person, Reed, was still there and bent over backwards to get us a great deal without any pressure. I’ve had some horrible experiences buying new cars in the past, but I must say that Schaumburg Mitsubishi made the car buying experience pleasant.

Rarely I do good reviews, but this guy and dealership deserved it. Late in the evening, got a car and a loan for it pretty quick. Was in and out with a car for about 1-2hrs including the test drive. Could have gotten a better deal, but thats my fault I just wanted the car. Reed was the guy that helped me. He gave me the usual run around about the pricing and loans, but at the end of the day just know what you are prepared to spend and thats about it. They cant make you buy the car, so... Like I said everything else was easy and quick. Ive had only one other buying experience from a big-ish dealer and I spend literally all day at Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville, but these guys here at Schaumburg Mitsubishi seemed to know how to do their job quickly when they have a willing customer.P.S.: On a side note... Their parts guy tried to convince me that the CVT in a 2016 Outlander does not have a filter and all they do is flush it... That may be due to how Mitsubishi trains them to do it, but...I really wanted to keep the good review... I really did, but... So thy guy that I bought the car from is probably still ok. The service guy, I believe Jo was his name, also super friendly and nice, but... After a useless aftermarket warranty for almost $3k and $100 out of pocket deductible... Timing covers still leak, valve cover still leaks, whatever sensor washer still leaks... So yet another one bites the dust...Basically this costed me $3000... And nothing got fixed...Oh... And by the way engine was never actually cleaned from the old oil. I cleaned it my self so I can check when will it leak again... And sure enough after 3000 miles...

I went to the Mitsubishi dealership on Saturday 5/18 to look for a new car. Immediately Matt the sales representative was very helpful. He did not pressure me or my husband at all. He kept telling us to take our time, drive the car as much as wanted, and that he knew a car was a big purchase. The rest of the Mitsubishi team was also fabulous Mike and Chris, and the whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely buy from from them again hands down best car shopping experience ever. My whole family has bought their cars from here and I was next in line. Im an 18 year old college student with no knowledge about cars or the car buying process, but looking through their online inventory I found a car that I liked (Outlander Sport). We sent the link to Reed who told us to come in at 7 that night after being approved for financing (at 18 yrs old I was APPROVED). Like usual we were running late and didnt get the the dealership until 7:40 when it closes at 8. Reed checked in on us to make sure we were coming and told us time was no issue. Immediately when we got there he showed us the car we found online and I got to take it for a test drive. Within 40 minutes I was driving back home in my new car because they make the process so simple that even at 18 I knew I was getting a GREAT deal and understood exactly what I needed to do. I rave about this place to everyone I know. So, if youre looking for a great car at an even better price this is the place and REED is the guy to see!
In 2017 I had bought a car from them and they said it never been in an accident but it was because the new paint start coming of after one year their price was perfect, and I went back again to them then they promise that new car I’m buying 2018 mit outlander sports, they said it have never been in accident, well after someone hit my bumper the body shop told me and show me that the car had been hit before, this is not honest dealership...this is just bad dealer ship and it’s my fault this time I will never go back to them...cheaters
I must sat that I purchased from Lancer from Schaumburg Mitsubishi almost 13 years ago. I have use this location for all service and was about to buy an Out lander within the next 6 months. I will make sure to never refer anyone to this location and drive the extra couple miles to an additional location.1st- My lancer is over heating when driving on 90 for 10 minutes. The tech was not able to duplicate the problem. Really? My guess it that the problem is either; a head gasket, bad thermostat or something else. I specifically explained the details of the issues with my care when making the appointment.2nd- When I presented for my appointment, I was not greeted for 10 min as i watched 5 or 6 staff pass me up. My car arrived Wednesday evening. I called Mitsubishi Friday afternoon and was placed on hold so the tech can come up with something to say. When I mentioned that the problem is at higher speeds, I was told by Joe that I could pay $300 to drive on the expressway. What is the $70 diagnostic fee for? I understand things are challenging with COVID, but the remarks and lengthy amount of time for it to be there, the outcome was $70 and no diagnosis.3rd-Saturday Morning-I picked up my car. I informed the cashier that I would not be paying the $70 bill. She called over, Financial Manager or GM????? Black hair and I have seen him there for 13 year.. I wish I knew his name. He was called over to assist me. I cannot say enough about how disrespectful he was to me. After attempting to inform him of my experience, for the purpose of improvement, he put his hand up near my face, said stop. He proceeded to go into the service area. He did agree to adjust the service fee. I continued to tell my experience and he put off this attitude that he could care less about what I was saying. Who puts their hand up at you and walk away when you are talking. He needs to learn compassion, active listening and anger management. Who puts there hand up near someones face?4th-For the past 13 years, I have been commenting to my family and friends about how much I like this location and I felt like i had a rapport with the service people. Sad to say, they lost my business on a $30 k SUV.

Today i went into service for my 2014 mitsubishi outlander se i mainly came for an transmission oil change the service advisor henry was so kind and so helpful with the ton of questions i had upon the 27 point inspection he also told me something was leaking and fhat would be expensive to fix. I will be back for service beacuse i walked out with a 201 doller bill amd labor is cheap im glad they took care of me and my outlander bwaxuse i was so nervous since it is my first time doing trans oil change . He told me to schedule the appointments so we can get most of the smaller thinfs out of the way which i will do . I plan on being back for service thank you for the amazing experience and the helpfulness too .
Henry is super nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I go here regularly for oil changes and other maintenance work and every time everyone is really nice and helpful. Recently I had 2 recalls that needed to be done which we’re going to take a few hours so they offered me a ride to the mall which was great so I didn’t have to sit there! I also appreciate that they take the time to explain what’s going on with your car and help you understand it all better. Overall, a nice dealership with a great staff!
Just bought our 4th car in the family here in 4 years. That should say it all! The cars are nice. But the staff here is the best. Reed is always our sales guy. Helpful, fun, not pushy. Just helps you to make a decision you will be happy with. Mike is great as the Sales manager. He is helping to find the right car and the right set of incentives for us. And of course Chris in finance is always awesome. 4 cars with the same 4 team players. The service guys in the back are always helpful and go out of their way to make your service experience a great one.

I had a pleasant experience buying a car from here. The first time I walked in, I simply came in to get some information and to test drive a lancer. The salesman (Reed) was very polite, helpful and provided me with non-biased information to my questions. He was extremely honest and straightforward. He let me test drive multiple models (ES & GT) without a hassle so that I could get a feel for the difference.After I got the information I needed, there was NO hard sell! He just gave me a ballpark figure of my monthly payments, gave me his card and let me on my way. I cant tell you how grateful I was for that because at the time I really was not ready to purchase. I came back a few months later but they did not have the color I wanted! Despite that, the salesman searched and found it on another lot for me AND got me few extras included (fog lights & bluetooth) for the same price he quoted me a few months earlier without those features!All-in-all, I had a very easygoing experience buying my car there. I respect the honesty I was provided and would recommend anyone to buy a car from here if theyre looking for a Mitsubishi.
