Food and drink was awesome, but service could have been better in regards to knowing our order was ready sitting on the table for mobile orders. It takes a human to bring the to go order to the holding table and all they needed to do was say our name on the order out loud when they set it on the table. Simple fix.

Stopped in today and ordered a sandwich, but upon arriving home to eat it I found that my sandwich was made completely wrong. Ordered straight off the menu (turkey bacon avocado) no alterations, and instead received a sandwich with no bacon, two different sauces than what comes on it, and cucumbers added to it. The way this sandwich was made isnt on the menu at all so not sure where they came up with this one. The staff was very nice, just a bummer to make it all the way home with an incorrectly made sandwich.

Extremely rude phone service, long waits for short orders, and multiple mistakes in their work. Such a shame bc it used to be really good.

The Santa fe bagel was really good! Coffee nice and ready for us as soon as they opened.

Ordered two normal Nova Lox Sandwiches for delivery with no alterations to the order. One came with cream cheese, capers, tomato, and without lox and red onion! The other came with everything but the red onion and the amount of lox on this one was less than usual. On top of that, I ordered barbecue chips and it came with sea salt chips. Overall the order was half correct from missing and swapped items.

Good variety to Bagel, recommend trying their Jalepeno Cheddar Bagel

Bagles ate good, but twice now placed an order to be ready before hand and when we get there they are still putting some part of it together. Not the end of the world, but annoying.

Good service, great bagels. Only concern was their coffee condiments are kept open for anyone to touch and put back. Normally this is not a concern but in pandemic would recommend it is kept inside.

Normally a very good location. Ordered through a delivery app. Asked for a toasted Asiago bagel and received a plane un toasted bagel. Will still order from here, but need to pay a little more attention

They are very kind, I really fair this store, the workers are always good to me and you always have a good attitude to others, the store is always clean and the food is delicious, and they always have a variety and if a problem arises they always try to fix it. somehow, it has become one of my favorite places

Loved the bagels . They are soft, cheese is amazing good and well priced.but instead of 3 everything bagels we ordered, we got 2 plane bagels and 1 everything bagel when we opened bag back home.

My favorite place for breakfast for number of years. The staff is always courteous and friendly and they always accommodate our reasonable requests for making the changes in egg and bacon sandwiches as most of us don’t eat meat. I recommend this place. Their coffee is the best of all. I wish they had a drive through. Too bad that I cannot swing by and have their coffee from the drive through every day.

Placed a large order ahead of time because that was the right thing to do.They waited for us to come in before putting it all together. One of the breakfast sandwiches was wrong and all 3 were very cheaply made.I love Einstein Bagels, but I will not be coming back to the Schaumburg store. They are slow and had no concern for customer service. There is more to the story about the poor service, but just wanted to warn others.

Says they are open till 2:00 PM, i showed up at 1:40 PM and they were all but closed up, then the counter person gave me a serious attitude and come to find out that they got my order wrong, i didnt bother going back in and risking an argument.There are cheaper places that have better service where i can over pay for my bagels, please fix it or this environment is going to eat you up.Good luck.

Best bagels I love their Asiago cheese bagel

I have been a regular customer at this location for the past 5 years. But my last two visits have been very unpleasant. I was okay to understand that last but one was an offday and took it easy. But todays was even more unpleasant. There is a new counter clerk who takes orders. She is so rude. First she is not patient. Does not understand the circumstances. There was a sign at the bill pay counter, which reads, Get $5 more on a purchase of $25 gift card. I told her that I will first buy the card and then use it to pay for the current order. She says okay and then asked me to get a card I like. I took two cards thinking one for the 25 and one for the 5. She rudely asks me, So you want two cards. I said, No one for 25 and one for the free 5. She asks, Then why did you bring two. ?. I said, I dont know. I thought thats how it works. they got to understand, being a customer, I would no way know how it works. Then I put one back. Then she says,29.45 plz. I reminded her, As I earlier said, I would first pay for the gift card and then use it to pay for the order. Then she says, You should have told me before placing the food order. I told her, I saw the gift card offer near the billing counter. So how would I order that ahead of the food ? And then she continued to be rudely questioning me not trying to understand the circumstances. And I didnt buy my food and walked out with utter disappointment to be greeted that way. She didnt care to offer me an apology. Instead said, go out there are more customers here. On the way back one another customer told me that he also had an unpleasant experience. I am missing that previous clerk who used to recognize me and greet me every day when I go. This new clerk/manager is an utter disappointment. I am not going there again. I will surely miss the bagels. But cannot put self-esteem at stake.

Great breakfast as always

A nice and clean location to take your breakfast, with a laaarge variety of baggels, cheese and a rich menu. This was my first time in a Bros. location, so i didnt know how and what should i order, and the guys were patient and helpfull. They have a small and cozy terrace, making you feel outside of Illinois ))

I’ve been twice, both times order was substantially incorrect, food was subpar, and management was rude...I will not return.

Alot to offer to switch up when you just may want something different for breakfast..

My sandwich tasted good however I did ask for no tomato and they put tomato on it and they messed up my nieces sandwich she was supposed to have the same thing as I did but they gave her a different sandwich all together fortunately it still tasted good what was surprising is the time we went they basically were completely out of bagels which was shacking sing it was only noon

Bagels are good but they dropped bagels on the floor and they put it right back on the shelf. They believe in the 3 second rule.

Usually great, but today, Im disappointed. I picked up the Hot and Ready Brunch Box and the Nova Lox Plate. We were very excited to dig in. In my second bite of the Farmhouse Egg Sandwich it included pieces of egg shells. Im upset about this.

Bagels gotten smaller for $4 bagels with smear...felt like hospitality wasnt that great...great coffee, $14 for 2 bagels and 2 medium coffees was a bit expensive...this particular location, more than likely wont return...

Einsteins is my favorite go to place bagels, and Ive been to many throughout the country. This location in particular usually is well stocked with all their bagels and other goods. They typically have a welcoming staff, clean areas to eat (indoor and outdoor), and fairly low wait times for food. Other than everything bagels, I also really like their freshly made blackberry lemonade! I prefer to mix it up, drink it down a little and then add a bit of ice; tastes so good and is very refreshing! I have tried some of their seasonal bagel sandwiches, which I was surprised to have liked given the combination of ingredients. Plus, my pups also enjoy when I bring them home one of their doggie bagels.I can only give 4 stars because there have been a few occasions when certain staff members werent very friendly, although that is a rare occurrence. They have been out of stock of my favorite bagel (everything bagels) a few different times, but this seems to be a common theme at many Einsteins, even at fairly early times in the morning; maybe they could try to make more of their popular bagels to avoid this problem better. There have also been times when the napkins were placed so high I could not reach them, even on my toes (I am short, but not super short- 54); Im sure I wasnt the only person inconvenienced by the placement of them and it almost seemed unsanitary to try to reach over everything to attempt getting them.

Great place to get the bagels from. We like their Everything and Ancent Grain bagels. Jalapeno salsa spread is great if you like spicy, and strawberry spread if you like sweet.

Quick and great bagels

They were out of most types of bagels, and completely out of coffee. While they made more coffee it was disappointing to have to wait another 5 minutes while another pot brewed. The bagels we did get were good.

Good Service considering. The wait seemed reasonable considering there was a line out the door, service was very slow even with several people behind the counter. When one employee returned from what I assume was a break, the line moved much more quickly. Service was then quick AND accurate. (For fairness, Dunkin in the same lot had a line out the door as well, but they were out of everything)

Lino was awesome! He helped us with giving us freezer bags to help with freshness on our long drive home! He was amazing each day we came in during our visit!

Great bagel

This was the first Einstein Bros Bagels I have ever been to. The first time I went there, I let the lady who helped me know that, and she was delighted to hear that and immediately recommended me something nice. After I got my food, the lady came and asked me how it was, and she gave me a free cookie too because it was my first time here, and thanked me for choosing to eat here.The food is delicious, but the wonderful service is what makes it a little extra special.

The food is always delicious, they have some specials and a rewards program. I feel deceived from certain specials they offered, but the wonderful customer service and smile of employee Erin, is the reason I will continue to visit.

Love the bagel and lox. Also have pretty good coffee. Had the ices white chocolate mocha. Gives Starbucks a run for their money.

Not sure why but there were hardly 2 people in the restaurant around 9 AM (not even busy) but the associate taking the order seemed grumpy for no reason!! Food was ok!!Updating to 2 stars because their hot water dispenser next to coffee never work, been trying to get some hot water everyday when I visit but trip always goes in vain. Not sure when it was last cleaned too!!

I wish they have machine cutter that way their bagels will be evenly cut. Workers will cut it for you, but some are not evenly cut.

This location is very clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and of course the bagels are always delicious. I so appreciate that they now serve vegan, dairy free cream cheese spread and because of this plan to be visiting again very soon!

It was amazing and anytime we drive from Appleton, WI to visit Schaumburg, IL we always stop by this store for breakfast. We also purchase ton of their amazing ground coffee and bagels. Their Hazelnut flavor is awesome. The management is doing a fantastic job their. I tringly recommend to visit this specific store for your needs which is located right across from Costco.

Good, but they sprinkled like 5 capers on my Nova lox and when I asked if they had a shortage of capers or so, lol, they said thats their policy. Thats bogus and skimpy. However, they did give e me a whole little cup full after asking. Sandwiches are always pretty good.

The Santa Fe sandwich was aggressively and unpleasantly spicy, with way overcooked sausage and eggs that were not only overcooked but peppered to death. Latte was nice.I dropped this review down from a 3, then a 2, and Im settling on a 1 because they are apparently interviewing and training in the restaurant today. They didnt mark tables as reserved. When I sat down with my son, it was just two women quietly tapping on laptops and chatting. Now they literally have people sitting at my table as the managers come over and do the training while looking over their shoulders, talking loudly, and shaking and bumping my table. Really, really bad customer awareness and service.Oh, and they watched and laughed about my toddler dropping his banana, that we prepared here, and didnt offer a replacement. Oh man, and the manager just put her coat on my table?! Ridiculous.

You cant call in an order for pick up for a sandwich like you can with other restaurants. Got there and the line didnt move for 10 minutes. They were understaffed. Pretty inconvenient.

Best coffee

Very disappointed - we ordered here from GrubHub and our order was an hour late and they forgot our cream cheese with the order. It wasnt the drivers fault - he was there waiting for 20 mins because they didnt even put our order in. The breakfast sandwiches and bagels are great, but after this experience it sounds like they dont care about their customers too much.

Life is too short and too good to tolerate poor service such as the one offered by manager Lino. This locations customer service doesnt stand up to the franchises level. Never going back.

I give a 2 star cause not that it doesnt have potential and the food tastes good. But first time I place a catering order online and was pre-planning way ahead of time because I was going to send with a family member to gift to my mother all the way to Mexico. They dont have any restaurants over there. I pick up my order in the morning right before she had to take her flight so it could be fresh as possible and to my surprise the bagels were not the ones we ordered. We really hoped to share but they messed on multiple types and gave us ones we didnt like. I called the online order number and complained and they said the owner would give me a call and I could possibly get a refund for that mess. Never got in contact with me and lost my money for some bagels we couldnt enjoy. Horrible, very disappointed because it was hard enough to send once in while very far away and ruined the surprise that was important to me.

Spinach artichoke sandwich was delicious, however, the mold covered grapes I got on the side was less than satisfying.
