I am so disgusted 🤮 that Judie was coughing without mask and touching the tulle while measuring. Don’t even smile and coughing non stopping during Covid time is so disgusting and disrespectful 🤢. She said it’s allergy and I am allergic too. I sneeze not coughing. At least put your mask and cover the face. Measurement was not even finished clearly and the cashier wasn’t nice either.

Go to Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, or Walmart. This store is disorganized, full of rude employees, and holds utter contempt for its customers.The fabric counter has this insane line system where leaving an empty cart at the counter gives priority over the clearly-marked number system. It’s AWFUL. My child’s preschool has better line management than this.Save your time, money, and sanity. Shop anywhere else!

Judie is rude. Doesn’t know how to talk to customers and has an attitude as soon as you speak to her. She was frustrated because I was buying too much material. That’s what a store is for. To buy things.

The closest JF near me- I would rather go to Arlington Heights where the stuff is always friendlier and variety of choices bigger.

Im an avid sewer and crocheter so I am a frequent customer of Joann fabric locations. I love this location! Every worker Ive come into contact with is so friendly. There is a young gentleman that is usually at the cashier and he is ALWAYS so upbeat and kind. It is not the biggest Joann fabric Ive been to but the selection is still pretty good.

I asked an older lady in fabrics is they had anything like fish line. She said jewelry and I explained that was wire I wanted plastic. She said if not in jewelry all they had was sewing stuff and walked away. No thanks to her, I was able to find clear thread. If you dont know, ask someone who does, although that didnt work well for me today.

It was my first time visiting Joann Fabrics. Theres a lot to look at the prices were fair.

Yesterday I needed to order Items I had forgotten to get on my previous order. I ended up ordering two separate times (I don’t know if it’s old age or what lol) anyway I received the emails letting me know that both orders were ready for pick up today. Brooke was the employee and her curbside assistance was once again exemplary. Brooke was friendly, quick and a true pleasure to work with. When Brooke went into the store to get my order another employee (I’m sorry I did not get her name) came up to my car asking if she could help me. I have been to this store many times and have always been treated with respect from the staff. The atmosphere in this store is so relaxed and enjoyable and I’m never made to feel silly because of a question I asked.Corporate should really be pleased with the staff. They are a credit to your Corporation.Laura

They always have what Im looking for. Good prices, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Has many beads to look at and lots of jewelry findings. One of my favorite places to go. Would recommend anyone whos in the crafting.

If you need to get some craft supplies, theyll probably have what you need, but just dont expect anything special. Lots of empty hooks and unorganized displays. Not a single friendly or helpful employee on the floor. Ive seen much nicer Joann locations.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Joann Fabrics. My favorite thing to love is they take as many coupons as you have. Even competitor coupons. Michaels and Hobby Lobby only allow you 1 store coupon and 1 competitor coupon. My only complaint about this location is the size. Its one of their smaller stores so they dont have a big variety of certain items. I wish they carried a larger variety of yarn sizes too.

I went to the Schaumburg, IL JoAnns store. I like going there because this store usually has what I am looking for. It is very neat and not too big -- a smaller neighborhood store. The sales associates are friendly and I find very helpful.

This is a nice location. The store is nicely lit and clean. The staff is very helpful. Im surprised with all the options that exist here. I always thought it was simply a fabric store and never really noticed the crafts portion. I would recommend coming here of you are looking for some alternative activities to do with the kids at home. Their place offers a lot of different ideas.

This location seems to not have as much papercraft product as others, or at least it feels like it. The variety is not as large as competition around the block for stamps, pens, and stickers. Im aware theyre more for fabric, but I just feel like theyre lacking in the craft department by a lot. Also customer service here is rarely that pleasant. I dont need a fake smile, but at least less of an attitude when theres a line of customers at check out - it feels like Im inconveniencing the clerk just by spending my money there!

They had exactly what I needed

The store is nice but I had some issues with the staff. I have come here with my mother a couple times and she doesnt speak fluent English. Ive noticed some employees raising their eyebrows and answering her in an exasperated tone.Ive also asked two employees in two different times where something was and they something along the lines of Im not sure, and just walked away. Lol. And they did carry it, I just had to find it on my own.Overall the store is nice, has everything youd probably need to start a project. They accept competitors coupons too and sometimes if you are signed up with them, you can get 60% off a regular priced item which is awesome.

Joann fabrics has an astounding variety of all types of craft supplies. You can get the materials to start just about any project you want here. I came in for paper crafting supplies one day, needle point supplies the next. Its a one stop shop, everything you could possibly need under one roof.

Convenient location. Not as large a selection as the store in Arlington Heights, IL. But it has fabric, yarn, jewelry, notions... They have been carrying higher quality quilt fabrics for a little while now.

Reasonable prices overall. Charlene was so rude. Asked her a question and she answered with an attitude. Thinks she is so smart.

Schaumburg Joanne gets all the stars! I bought some sugar paper yesterday at the Bloomingdale Joanne only to find out when I went to try and use it that its so old it doesnt even have an expiration date! Its in code, which I found out that its from 2017, so it just crumbles when you try to cut it. I went online to see about ordering some and it tells me that that location has some black on hand to buy. Thank goodness I called first because they tell me that they dont really have any! I called the Schaumburg Joanne and, first of all they were so polite AND professional on the phone, and had it AND it was fresh, with an expiration of Dec 2021! The Bloomingdale location should really watch there product dates. It is extremely inconvenient to have to go back out since Im not close by. Thank you Schaumburg Joanne!

I had to go to Joann’s today to return several things and had just been to another store where the employees were pretty nasty. I was not looking forward to going in with the returns I had because of the busy holiday season and the atmosphere that I had encountered at the last store. When it was my turn, I went to Charissa and she could not have been nicer. Her demeanor was exemplary. She was terrific. She is an outstanding employee.

Joanns gets points for variety, holiday items, and fabric selection, but loses out on yarn selection, art supplies, and picture frames. Excellent sales and coupons keep me coming back.

Do not shop online. They charge you twice as much for same product. Then tell you to return to store and re buy same item at store you bought online cheaper. Wow big sign in store that said WE MATCH. What a joke. Store is nice. Customer Service threw website a joke . Buy online pick up in store see how screwed your getting from website. We did $2.00 cheaper in store. Saved $130. Shame on them.

Everyone was very helpful. I found what I needed. Then latter I happened across something that I have been looking for, for years. I couldnt believe I found it. I now cant wait to save money to get it all!!!?!
