I’m so disappointed on this company, they charged me $300 for 150 business cards and 100 flyers.. I have no words .. this is my last time worked with them...

First, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had approved a proof for an item and it was produced, then realized there were spelling errors that I missed and the company was able to correct them and reproduce with such haste that I was able to use the product at my first marketing event! They prioritized my order when they realized the time crunch I was on and they really saved the day! They had never been asked to make an item like mine (a reusable tri fold information board with a travel handle) and I never would have guessed that, because the work was impeccable and the price was incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be bringing more business to this company, and I sincerely look forward to working with them in the future!

We had a request for a giant check and Matt and his team worked patiently with us through many revisions. They were very thorough, asking questions and making suggestions on size, thickness and color of the stock used to complete the finished product - which looked amazing. True professionals.

Matt was simply awesome - start to finish. Communication (phone and email) was great, estimate on point, turnaround lightning fast. Excellent customer service and quality products.

The Luca family is very nice, especially Matt is a very good guy. The products are not very good though, since most of the designs are very easy to scratch. Two ways may help avoid this happen again: the first is that products should have been packed well,at least should cover the four corners of each piece with foam-like stuff; the second is to use some better material on the picture layer on top of the Max-metal. I wish Fastsigns can have some after-sale service to help me. Overall, I still like to cooperate more with them in the future.
