I just had an amazing experience at Go! The fella that worked there, Terry, provided me with great advice on “brain teaser,” games that I could give my little cousins and ones I could use at get together with friends.He let me know about a coupon that was available and discounted the party bag I could use as a gift. He was very helpful, the store was very clean, and Terry was a great resource in my customer experience. I recommend this place over something like a wall mart

After forgetting a cup on the shelf an employe gave it back and told me with a lot of attitude and told me I should not put my cup on the shelfs and it wasn’t her job to throw it away. the problem is how she said it in a very mean tone. I feel this employee should be retrained and put in a different department, because she is obviously not able to give a good environment to the customers and cannot handle customer service. Also the store is very overpriced, get the products on amazon or another store.

This store is currently advertising 50% off of entire store. When you go to check out then the have a list of toy brands not included in the 50% off. Despite the fact that all of their signs posted state 50% off of entire store. The employees are not exactly very understanding of the customer frustration with the false advertising either.

Not very friendly staff, very opinionated! Good for calanders and not much else.
