I came to this store to look for a new pair of casual, yet comfy shoes to wear on an every day basis. I found a pair that I liked but couldnt find my size. I asked the gentleman on the sales floor (i think he is the manager?) and he said that whatever is on the floor, is what they have. but said I can either order the shoes online or ask the cashier to check other stores around the area to see if they have my size in stock. I went up to the girl at the register, Janet. she is SOOO friendly and sweet! She called the closest store to me, spoke with them and said I could go there to pick it up. everyone here is super helpful! I will definitely come back here when I need another pair of shoes :)

The gentleman and the front desk who greeted me was very attentive and kind. He pointed me in the direction I needed to go and I ended up leaving with a brand new pair of shoes 👞 that I love and for a great price! 😊

The employees were so helpful here but unfortunately needed to go to another store to get the size shoe we needed for our toddler.

I had a pleasant and great experience. The manager, Kelly, was very attentive to my requests. She approached me right when I came in, and asked what I was looking for. After explaining to her that I was looking for a cute pair of boots to go with an outfit I had just bought, she directed me to a few cute pairs. I explained I was looking for comfortable boots and ones I could walk on. She helped me pick out a pair that I fell in love with. She then informed me they were part of the buy one get one free sale. So she helped me pick out a second pair. They didn’t have the second pair in my size, so she helped me order them to be shipped to me! She was very attentive and friendly. The cashier, a younger woman, also did a great job of contacting Kelly for help when I was asking questions she could not answer. Instead of saying she didn’t know, she contacted appropriate staff to help assist me. I appreciate that the staff went above and beyond for me, and love the new boots that Kelly helped me pick out!!!
