A reasonable sub. In the same quality as a Firehouse or Pot Belly. Fries are those generic crinkle cut food supplier fries, not something I like.Helpful staff, explained how to order. Easy to make a custom sub.Subs are hot by default, but you can get them cold.I would go again, but I wouldnt go out of my way.
Mmmmm, so delicious, thank you! I had a black bean patty with veggies, cheese, and mayo. Sooo good.
Best sandwich since eating at Togos OMG this is the best sandwich spot and who doesnt the French fries. However they could be cooked longer. The best sandwich Ive ever eaten. Truly awesome. And you create your own no matter what so limited mistakes
I missed Which Wich so much. Its been about 7+ years since I had them in Georgia, and they still live up to my memories! So many options, so nobody should miss out. The fries, which are new to me, were good (not too spectacular), but even better with their ranch, which Id rate as a 9/10.
Friendly staff, good selection. I got the Grinder and my wife got the Cali Club, both if which were delicious. We were thrilled to see that milkshakes were on the menu, those were excellent as well.
Wonderful restaurant. Great atmosphere. Customer service was superb. The manager is just a delight. And the food was excellent. Highly recommend!
Great sandwiches...milkshakes too! Well worth a visit.
Honest good sandwiches and milk shakes. However I hope they get a bit less wasteful. My sandwich was wrapped with so much paper AND foil that I almost was wondering how I could recycle those...
The sandwich was tasty. The service was lacking quite a bit with what mainly looked like high school kids working. No one was taking charge and they took a long time.
All I can say is meh. Which which used to be good now all of a sudden they change their menu all the subs are toasted unless you tell them which is weird and they got rid of the egg salad come on guys.
Amazing, creative, innovative and delicious. Sandwiches taken to a whole other level
Confusing ordering process your first time in. Slow sandwich making process. Tasty meal. Spendy.
It used to be a lot better. There isnt a lot of meat on the sandwich. Overall flavor is good, and speed is good. Fries are just frozen bag crinkle fries, get chips
There pretty good but miss my eegees back in Tucson.
My boss brought in these sandwiches for a working lunch meeting and they were AMAZING...There was no identification - beyond looking at them - of what they were and that was not apprehensive at all (some don’t eat unless they know what was in it). I was living dangerous in selecting what I thought I would like and I was not disappointed. The only downside is I’m not close to this location (live in Vancouver/work in Portland) but I would gladly drive to it and enjoy a sandwich with my family and friends
I eat subs at least once a week, came here while shopping at Walmart. I dont really understand the hype for Which Wich. Ordered an Italian. They served it hot, thats fine but I didnt ask for it hot. The bread was over crispy and left much to be desired, bread is like half the sub! My 3 star comes down to not really having any interaction with the sandwich maker, you hand them a paper and move on. I will echo what others have the price is high for the sub you get, I understand good ingredients cost money but as an enthusiast Id rather buy a Jerseys Mikes if Im feeling classy. My gf ordered off their speciality menu and liked the sub, again like only means 3stars. They toast every sandwich so maybe come here if you like hot subs.
Good deal. Super grinder was tasty and filling. Quality meats
Really good customizable sandwiches and the fries are pretty good too! Staff is great
It was OK. I didnt care for the cheeseburgerwich. It was ok. Also. The girl set up all the food on the pu counter. Then asked if i wanted a bag. Im like definitely. Two sandwiches and two large fries. So she brings out bags for the fries and a bad for the sandwich. I wouldve been fine bagging it on my own if I didnt leave a nice tip, but I did. So I was a bit annoyed that I had to bag my stuff. Not terrible, but not very good either.
We love to stop by here to have their so good sandwich for a branch and snacks. nice place.
Sitting in the parking lot eating my avocado sandwich and I had to leave a review. this is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. And although I came a half hour before closing time, they were so so nice. Thanks ladies 🤟🏼 I’ll be back tomorrow lol
Service was very good and the sandwiches were tasty. You can eat inside if limited capacity is not filled. Mask on except when eating.
They have their own unique style of sandwich making & are very friendly. Great experience everytime Ive dealt with them & would advise others to enjoy it,if given the opportunity..
Fav sub shop🥖👨🍳✌️❤️
My husband and I went in for the 1st time today and its definitely our last. Order 2 Reubens and spend $18. I get 2 small sandwiches that would not fill my toddler up let alone fulfill an adult. To top it all off I expect the sandwiches to be made the way they described at the very least. I expected Rye bread but got soggy non toasted white bread. There was no sour kraut or 1000 island dressing on them either. The warm sandwich was nothing more than some warmed meat and cheese. Total fail! I now know why this place is completely dead everytime I go in to pick up a delivery.
First time in, I wasnt sure what to expect. The sandwiches are made fresh with quite a selection of ingredients. All toasted under a chain driven broiler. The fries surprised me as they are cooked in an air fryer. All in all, this was a rather pleasant surprise, think Jersey Mikes for quality with options like spinach, and blue cheese crumbles. Very tasty, and enjoyable.
I have been going to this location since it opened followed by Hillsboro shortly after they opened (depends on what Im doing depends on the location I go :) ) I had the Ultimate BLT, which is my favorite sandwich. The sandwich was made great and tasted the same. However....staff was rude and what appeared to be a friend was cleaning tables of course with no mask. Ive tried both this location and Hillsboro, with Hillsboro being way superior.
I really like this food. Problem is I got the Wednesday special with the olive salad and they forgot the olives. It was main reason I chose to go here over subway or jersey mikes or jimmy johns or firehouse. Also the ordering process causes slowdowns in the line. Good food, but process of service needs work.
Pretty much just delivered bread for $30.
Big portions. Good food. But there was this one sandwich that I got and when I opened it the bread was completely soggy and the meat didn’t have a lot of flavor. I would still go back to this establishment.
Passed by it while going back to Portland today. Place is very clean, the employees are agreeable, the system of making your own sandwich is great, and the ingredients are fresh and tasty. I give it 5 stars!! I wish they had another restaurant in SE Portland!
The decor is nice, as were the employees, but the Reuben sandwich I ordered was a disaster. Why even put it on the menu if youre not going to make it right? The bread should be grilled, period. You make on toast rather than grilling the bread. The sandwich was a soggy mess. This was my first time trying this place. Im done.
The sandwiches were ok. We walked in and you dont order like a normal place so it took us a bit to figure out. The person taking our order barely spoke to us. It was ok.
First time there, my husband and I were looking at the menu and we were graciously met by an employee. The operations of ordering were explained. Its a super fun idea and easily executed. Their fries were very hot and super crisp. I customized my sandwich and it was everything I wanted. My husband got the Ruben and was satisfied.
First time here.Downloaded the app to get a free drink, which I redeemed during this first visit. Quality is good, though the sandwich build was a little sloppy. During my visit, two patrons went back up to the staff to address problems with their order. The problems were resolved, but probably shouldnt have been an issue in the first place since it wasnt terribly busy. Got the fries, which were just okay. Prices were a little on the higher side. Staff were friendly, dining area could have used a little sweeping and wiping of tables. Overall not a bad place to get a sandwich if you are willing to pay a little more.
Save yourself some time,, dont go! I ordered two sandwiches online (Rueben on Rye) and picked them up in the store! It cost $17.50 for two sandwiches! Firat of,, the Rueben wasnt on Rye and it had zero thousand island dressing and next to no kraut! Plus, They were absolutely tiny! I got home hungry and now I am having to order something else!
I love this place! They’ve never ever messed up my sandwich and price and quality are top knotch 👍🏼. I only have a few suggestions. With how many locations there are all over the U.S. I’m surprised there aren’t these options already, but you guys should considering caring like one skew of vegan cheese or at least a vegan mayo option. Also please add a tipping section for online orders, these people deserve tips cause they do such an amazing job and are always so kind. I feel bad when I go in to pick up my order cause I never have cash on me. Please consider that atleast. Also gluten free bread ?
I loved which wich when I lived in tx, so I was very excited to find one in oregon. Sandwiches are even better than I remember and employees are great. Not sure if this is a regional thing, but please look into adding the hula ham to the menu.
Same price point as subway but WAY better ingredients and service
Listen here... it may be a bit pricey, but unfortunately Oregon no longer has Quizznos. This restaurant not only serves as a substitute for Quizznos, but it surpasses it. Customize your sandwiches before you pay, high quality meats, bread, veggies.. you won’t find a better sandwich shop!!?
Would have gave them a 5 star if they had gluten free bread. Sandwich was really delicious and the person taking my order was super nice. I got the Turkey club. Avacado was really good!
I work at the Amazon sort center in Hillsboro, OR and was stoked that there is finally somewhere within walking distance to get a hot meal on break. After getting off at 7:35 pm and checking Google to see if Which Wich would be open their hours were listed until 8:00pm so I hustle over excited for real food just to find no signs of life at all. Feeling a bit betrayed I slink back to Amazon for yet another yummy, nutritious vending machine meal. You failed me Which Wich. Next time I will just be sure to save my time/money/effort and bring a sandwich from home.
Pretty typical sandwich shop. Better than Subway as far as quality goes. Not the quickest service thoughId prefer it if they didnt make me fill out a form to order a sandwich
The food was actually excellent; unfortunately I’m writing this during the pandemic and just saw a customer walk in without a face mask and get served like it was no issue. That’s a health issue. Don’t put the sign up saying it’s a requirement if it really isn’t.
Great sandos
Stopped in for a bite after driving over the pass. Its not overly fast food but it is good and the service was great.
I had a salad, and I was very impressed. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. There was loads of toppings that almost dwarfed the greens, which I love! Plenty of dressing on the side is given, to make it just how you like it. Very happy!
I love the interior of the shop, the smell, the sandwich that I ordered, and even the time it took. My sandwich was out in 5 minutes like they said it would be.
Best service and very careful about my requests for certain food items, because of my food allergies and sensitivity. Very friendly.
The sandwiches are amazing, and the cute guys who make them areas well 😀
Like the way the bread is made. Meat wasnt bad. What I love most about the place is how you order your sandwiches. Decently a nice change of pace while getting a good sandwich
Sandwiches are good and the shakes are alright but I do plan on coming back. 4.5 stars
Sandwiches far better than subway. And its fun to say Wich wich
We have been ther 4 times so far and had excellent sandwiches every time with great service too.
Overall satisfied with my sandwich, the big let down was the lack of Buffalo Sauce on a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich; nothing like biting into chick and bleu cheese! The other 2 sandwiches were made perfectly. We had them delivered to the office for lunch, quick delivery and very friendly driver. I called the store immediately upon the discovery of the lack of buffalo sauce and gentleman who answered the phone, I am assuming the manager, immediately offered to refund us the cost of my sandwich. Their house chips are superb!
Overpriced, slow service, and missed part of order. First time here, disappointing customer service. Id recommend going down the road to another place.
My first choice for a fast food sandwich because the food is good and its so easy to customize your order! Good value, lots to choose from, and I always appreciate the friendly employees. They serve fries now, too.
Love this place! The manager is amazing. Nice guy. Great music. Amazing food. Just a fun clean sandwich place to go to. If your in the area, just stop in. You wont be disappointed
Not only was my sandwich wrong and completely covered in mildewy/old vegetables, but it also came with a side of assault on their female employees!Ive come here multiple times and EVERY TIME Ive seen the same young male employee physically assault 2 other female employees while recklessly flying through the kitchen in the back. I reported this the first time to another associate. The second time I ordered I talked to an employee AGAIN only to find out he constantly does this. Meaning the management already knows this and just allows it to happen. They allow a reckless employee to punch someone in the face while reaching for something and throw a KNIFE towards them (all while making my order) and then yell at the other employee for not moving. I witnessed this abuse happen and this man is still apparently not reprimanded for his actions.Id much rather give my money to Subway and Jimmy Johns than I would a company that allows abuse to happen, especially right in front of customers. This is absolutely disgraceful.
Wonderful atmosphere! Walking into Which Wich you will immediately hear William singing in a beautiful voice Irish music or other kinds of music. I love to listen to him! William and his co-workers always greet me when I walk in the door. They are always happy and smiling. They are quick to fill the order. I enjoy reading the loaner newspapers they have hanging from the Kiosks. The sandwiches are customized with what you like. I like the Tuna & Swiss Cheese on a 7 inch white roll toasted.Great place to eat after shopping at Wal-Marts!
Good service. Gyro sandwich well balanced. This sandwich shop way better than other chains. Great customization on their orders.
Close this place moved from up the block, and their new place is much bigger. The food is fantastic, its always packed every time we go there, and the service could not be beat. Play its nice to find a great Local restaurant
The sandwiches are great, toasted subs done very well. Not a messy sandwich (but if anything was done differently it definitely would be). The order process is a little daunting but the staff was super helpful. I will definitely be back for more soon.
Sandwiches tend to be a bit dry. Not sure if the bread absorbs too much or not enough sauce gets put on but sections of the sandwich can lack the flavor or the sauce. Service is generally pretty good. Parking is a bit tight. Eating area inside is clean and spacious.
Awesome sandwich shop! So many options to make the perfect sandwich. The staff was *super* helpful; Joe walked me through the process since it was my first time here. Delicious food!! Highly recommend. Felt like a valued customer.
So good. Wish they had location closer to me. But these sandwiches are worth the drive.
Which witch is great. The staff are friendly, the rewards program is good, and, most importantly, the sandwiches (and salt and pepper chips!) are awesome. I recommend this place above most other sandwich stores.
Love their Italian bag, and extras. We have what we call which-which days where we purchase the 14 subs and eat them for lunch and dinner. The bonus points system allow us to try other subs while still having our favorite! We love adding the bacon and hardboiled eggs. They have tons of options, and every time weve been there, the staff has been lovely. You guys are great!
As a first-timer the do it yourself aspect of ordering was a little confusing. Not much guidance. Sandwich itself was good. Only plastic glasses available to use.
A dry Ruben with no noticeable kraut, even worse than I expected from a chain sandwich shop next to a Walmart.
Great food. We love this place. They taste so good.... You will think they are made by Jesus.
Wheres the sauce? This is my 3rd visit to this restaurant in 3 months. My first visit was a good experience with a philly cheese steak. but I must say the last 2 visits, the sandwiches were lacking in the sauce. The avocado sandwich 2 weeks ago was super dry, seriously lacking the ingredient the sandwich is named for. Then yesterday, hoping to get a better outcome, I ordered the chicken pesto. WHERE;s the pesto? Probably wont be back
The place is clean, the staff quick, helpful and courteous. The sandwich was made to my specs. The sandwich was toasted without asking me if i wanted it done but it was light so not a real problem. The taste was very good. As others have commented the meal deal is just adding the chips and drink at regular price. Restrooms are well kept and clean. Went in at an off time and still had about half tables full so its a popular place. Did also notice some trolls roaming the comment section saying rude comments like hope they go under childish people making childish comments. The place is a bit expensive for a sandwich shop but if its too expensive for you then for heaven sake eat somewhere else
I first had Which Wich when I was visiting a friend in Texas. Its a different ordering experience, but I think it is a nice one. being able to just check off what you want. The Cashiers are typically quite helpful if you forget to answer something on the bag. I hope to see more of these pop up around the Portland area.
Great food and they fixed the music! I have nothing against Irish people, which the owner apparently is, but not everyone is into Celtic music at the level he is or at all for that matter. They now play something called which wich radio which Im guessing is now required by the franchise and they play pop music from the last few decades. The sandwiches, while outrageous in price even for 2018, are still really good. Would most likely go back on a day that I was feeling rich and hungry for a good sub.
The people there were very helpful. They ask every customer if they have been there before. If not, they go through the entire menu with you.The food there was really good. Im usually a meat lovers but I decided to try vegetarian for my first time here and I was not disappointed. Mine had some of the best hummus Ive ever ate in it.The people there even asked how my food was as I was about to leave. This shows that are always looking to improve their sandwiches for their customers.
Pretty good. I asked for gluten-free and they made me a lettuce wrap which was good and very fresh. Four stars because they didnt answer the phone when I called to ask about gluten-free, guy said phone might not be working.
Which Wich is quickly becoming my go to spot to get a sandwich during my work lunch. I cant speak to the variety of sandwich options though, because I always go for the Wicked sandwich, which has five meats and three cheeses. You can customize all the rest of your toppings as you like. I recommend the hot pepper mix.As of 7/24/19, they switched to Pepsi products. Since I drink Mt. Dew/diet Mt. Dew, I consider this an improvement.
Really liked the general ordering process. Good selection of food. Staff was nice and helpful. Food was great and Id easily come here over Subway any day. Would recommend.
My most favorite sandwich shop. This is a must try. My personal favorite is the Ultimate BLT! Ive gotten so many people addicted to it because its simply amazing!
Bright cheery. Not for anxiety prone...Requires taking bag to mark own selections which is great for anti social...Seems would be better if self ordering was on a tap screen? Fresh ingredients, have krab salad which is unique.
The young lady working up front greeted me right away and was pleasant and courteous. I tried the steak sandwich, and it was better than subway, but not nearly as good as every other sandwich shop in town Ive tried. Also, 11 bucks for a 7 inch sandwich combo is crazy, unless its the greatest sandwich ever...which it clearly was not. If not for the friendly staff, this would be a 2 star. Both jersey Mikes and firehouse have them beat.
This place gets 5 stars alone for the amazing Irish shanties they play when im in there. They also guarantee youll love your sandwich, or theyll replace it. Warning though: if your order a long or extra long sub with chips and a drink, youll end up paying $13-$15 dollars for fast food...
Wich family heirloom to sell for a otherwise Superior Sandwich... Wich so many choices, it will be hard to decide Wich one indeed.
Let me be honest when this place was first put in I came in to check it out and walked out based on price of the place. I then came back later ( about 3 months later) and said today is the day. You grab a bag of what ever sandwich sounds good like a Turkey bacon ect ect then you check bubbles to add stuff on the sandwich. After you are done you go to the register and they take your money. Then you wait they call you by name when your sandwich is done. Best part is it taste so fresh staff is so friendly and the food is so good Ive been coming here for almost a year now.
Tried two of the standard sandwich offerings, and honestly they werent good. Build your own and youll likely have a better experience
Might have been the best sandwich I ever had. Fresh ingredients, toasted bread, just the way I wanted it. Fun music, too.
Delicious! Love that they have everything literally everything!!!
They have yummy sandwiches. There are a lot of options for different things to put on your sandwich. More so then other places. It is also relatively quick to get your food. You can find them on Grubhub. The only downside is they aren’t open very early or late.
Great food! Great staff! They are very helpful. I like the guy that sings to his music. I dont know what kind of music it is. But he has a good voice.
Was a little overwhelmed at first because of the sheer number of options available to make your sandwich. But after getting everything together and ordering the sandwich it was one of the best sandwiches Ive ever had at a sandwich chain. The shop was also clean and the staff was happy to help guide me through the ordering process
Amazing sandwiches at amazing prices! And they serve fries now!!
