Super friendly, helpful and patient staff. We had a custom order for a special occasion and they spent all the care with our order, always with smiles. Chocolates are obviously great but we really liked the service here as well.

Huge selection of gourmet chocolates. Great for gifts and parties. While in grab an icecream with choice of cones, they are great.

Always a great experience in this store. Friendly staff. If you need help, theyll give it. If you want to look around, theyll let you. Never had an issue in years of frequenting. Their selection of dark chocolate truffles is wonderful.

Was a little bummed I couldn’t get a chocolixir because the machine was down, but Lori was super friendly and helpful and got me set up with some other yummy truffles! Would definitely come back again!

Went to Woodfield mall with the family for shopping today without realizing they were having the mall wide Halloween trick or treat event. Had my 5 yr old and 9 yr old with me, not in a costume. We felt horrible and considered leaving so our kids wouldnt feel bad for not wearing their costumes but asked one of the security guards if they could still participate and we were told they could. Saved the day, saw other kids out of costume trick or treating as well and had no issues til we arrived at GoDiva. Lady handing out candy turned away our kids after they stood in line. The only store to do so, a candy store at that. She was the first and only one to make my kids feel self conscience about not wearing their costumes. Takes a special kind of person, safe to say we will never enter this store again.
