Excellent service and excellent product. I shopped many stores in the area and Imperial was the best price for what I wanted for my kitchen. Justyna and her team kindly showed me all products available for what I wanted and gave me estimates for pricing. They promptly came to my home for measurements and within 2 weeks from my first visit to the store, my counters were installed. They were always courteous, professional, and I felt they were the best priced in the area. They cleaned up after installation and treated my home as if it was their own with the idea generation and installation. I have already referred them to my friends and will use them for my future projects.

Prior deciding to go with Imperial Granite I had done an extensive research on different stones and makers. After a few weeks of researching, I found this place. From the first phone call to final installation everything was super professional. When I was running late to their showroom they waited for me past the closing time. Once I picked the stone, they showed up within a few days to take the measurement and came to install the following week. The other companies that I researched...3-6 (home depot) weeks wait.They said they would come at 9 am and arrived at 8.59 (literally!). Installation was quick and professional. They cleaned up all the debris and dirt and left the kitchen spotless.In conclusion... I could not be happier with them. professional throughout the entire process and cheaper than HD or Lowes by at least 40%.

Love my new countertop + full height backsplash! The process moved so quickly and Justyna offered great communication. Install was quick, and great attention to detail with caulking. This husband and wife duo along with Vincent killed it! We learned of them through an old neighbor friend of ours... Chris came from Chicagoland area and measured everything up and they pointed us to 3 different warehouse suppliers of countertops that they use... we decided to go with quartz... it was worth the trip and experience... we live in Madison, WI and got bids from two other local places that were totally overpriced! This company is very reasonable and will leave you with peace of mind and happiness with a project well done that will last for years! We shipped the undermount sink to them too and they brought all the stuff up and it was done within 3‐4 hours... they drilled all holes where wanted and secured dishwasher to countertop too... just have to do a little caulk on underside but no big deal... this business is great competition for Madison and surrounding areas... please look into them as they do an honest quality job at an affordable price... And, there was no mess... they are totally professional!!! 10+ rating! Very nice people.

Then back in a few days for the install...I wish all companies worked as hard as imperial.. I cant wait to do business with them in the future!!! We have a professional granite and marble company that we use regularly but due to a last minute scheduling change, our usual partner could not do the job. I had been trying to find a new countertop for 8 weeks but on my first visit to Imperial Granite and Marble, Justina help me pick out a countertop that would look great with my white cabinets. The second she put it next to one of my cabinet drawers, I knew the match was perfect! She covered all my questions and recommendation for a person who could do the tile/backsplash. In less than two weeks, Chris was here installing the countertops. Not only was the old sink and countertops removed, new ones installed, and my kitchen was completely clean in less than 3 hours.
