Quite bizarre..... been using Fox Valley Glass for 5 years and dealing with their all so friendly and wonderful staff. Great people. Out of the blue, a get a rude and obnoxious phone call from the companys OWNER who says he no longer wants to do the work unless they double the price. As a business owner, it is my responsibility to question and when I do, the owner loses patience with me and says he no longer wants to do our work ever again!..... hmmmmmmm....

I brought my car to FVG for a windshield chip repair. As expected, the service was excellent. I was treated like a king and my windshield looks great (note the chips don’t wholly disappear, but the repair should keep the crack from spreading). I am an insurance agent and have often referred my customers to FVG for auto glass claims, it was great to see firsthand how well customers are treated and how expertly work is performed.
