Yessss....this is it. I love this place. It was reviving and embracing. I got all the hats I needed and will be back soon.

Ordered special embroided hats and Anthony and Nikki went above and beyond to help is with our needs. The hats turned out amazing to say the least and we will definitely be returning to order more in the future!! I HIGHLY recommend this location!!

Really good customer service. Very helpful staff and good selection of hats. They also do top quality stitching at this location. Very happy with the experience. I would recommend.

Avoid purchasing merchandise from here at all cost. The sales reps falsely sold my wife a custom jersey vs an official stitched “Eddie Jackson Jersey” they claimed to have sold out of. He fraudulently made an online order for a custom jersey with Jackson’s name and number when the intent was to purchase an OFFICIAL STITCHED JACKSON jersey. They blatantly lied claiming they sold out but can order it online. Everything about the purchase was falsely endorsed and conveyed by the sales rep. This was meant as a kind gesture from my wife that they capitalize into making a fraudulent and unethical sale. The order came in horribly. Letter printing was crooked nor was it stitched! Not only are they being irrational by refusing to take our return in store, they’ve delayed emailing us the return label, and after three phone calls with various reps none of their stories match claiming we can and cannot return. Well be contacting the bank now at point to escalate this. Plain and simple this store is fraudulent and capitalizes on scamming customers for the sake of a “sale.” Complete joke!

Spend $40 on a shirt here get home and realize the guy didn’t even take off the security sensor and it didn’t go off when I walked out of the store guess it doesn’t even work

Staff was friendly and helpful but they have shady business practices. They raise their hat prices to offer a buy one get 50% off sale. A hat i was interested in had a $37 tag but i noticed a price tag under it. I peeled off the original tag half way and there was a price tag underneath for $25.

We always have a nice experience at this location. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is very small, but usually not overly crowded. Hats are easy to find and employees always treat us well. Keep it up!

Had to do leg work but got what we needed

Lids is always hassle free. Go in pick your hat, try it on, check out. They got my account up and active again and saved me 8 bucks too.

This LIDS place is really good because they actually have some White Sox hats to pick from. Brilliant!!

Back before the Cubs won the World Series in October 2017, a young gentleman by the name of Mike Pendleton helped me and gave me THE BEST service ever!! Thank you for your help picking out the perfect Cubs jersey for me to customize with my own name and number on the back of it! I LOVE my jersey!!

If I could give it 0 starts I would female employee was so rude shut the gate before 8pm and I came up at 7:47 and asked if they are closed she said we close at 8 and I said it’s 7:47 and she turned around and walked away from me . Terrible customer service

A lot of hats and the staff is pretty on point. they do have a lot of styles to offer

Usually they gice plays on hats went in on a friday before a holiday and bought 3 hats for 120 bux. If they take away the plays for good they will lose a customer of over 10 years.

Great small staff

Extremely frustrated right now. They forgot to remove the security tag and I live over an hour away. Now I have holes all over my shirt since I had to remove it myself. Here is an idea...don’t put security tags on your merchandise unless you are going to have your security system on to detect it. Won’t be shopping there again and $30 down the toliet.

I had a very negative experience at this store. I purchased an expensive item at this store on holiday from overseas. During the purchase process they did not remove the security tag.Despite have both photographic evidence and the receipt Lids told me there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. Appalling service.
