Beware of the commitment they make that any bag / luggage with manufacturing defects will be replaced with a brand new one (if the defect is noticed within a year of purchase) as many of the dealers made that commitment to me, during purchase of my bag, but when a defect was noticed they offered to only send it for repairs and that too would take 3-4 weeks) and the replacement bag they offered me was an ugly laptop bag, which is an embarrassment to move around with)...Until now, I was blindly picking up the Tumi bags, but now I will choose other brands as the other brands are probably my offering as good or better replacement deals too.
