Really great customer service. Polite, professional, and offered me additional solutions to solve my shipping problem.
Went to return a Walmart item, packaging was loose, so the store attendant said he will use their own packaging and charged me $4 for it. The cost of the product itself was $5. Should have consulted with me before using their own packaging.
Customer service is fabulous, I had a lot of prints and the staff did that very quickly but do not ship items from here.
I paid $300 for overnight shipping.....its getting here in 2 days even though we specifially told them we need it the next day and they told us itll be delivered the next day. I am never using this office ever again. You got me messed up paying $300 for my mother to ship me my laptop from home to my duty station so I can do my online marine corps classes while being quarantined and its not getting here until the next day when I can not recieve packages due to quarantine. I am beyong livid at this office and wont ever use fedex again soley from this office.
The center manager who was assisting me today, was very kind, patient, & personable. While printing out my 85 documents the bubble wrap behind him began to unravel on its own randomly. Thinking how odd, I casually made a joke about how my kitten would have had a blast with that unraveling roll. After he packaged all my docs up nicely in a box, politely handed me my requested 2 receipts. He then turned around, ripped off a piece of bubble wrap, & said this is for your kitten hope she has fun, thank using FedEx. It was something so small and simple (which most would disregard to make connection or effort) that made the kittens day, not to mention gained my appreciation for the quality care customer service he has shown. :)
Waited at the desk 10 minutes for unpolite and unprofesional Fedex worker to finish his phone call!!!!Absoutelly unacceptable!!! after that when i asked her to help me to printout some paperwork he ignored me and start serving another customer!!! what a hell????????Katie, Kettye I dont remember how is her name but teach your FEDEX HR People, You have to teach your emmploye to be more respectfull with customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ZERO STARS!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I was sick, I havent been in business for eight days. So when I went to work, I went to work because there was no goods and there was a pickup note. Its very hard and I dont want to use it again.
AVOID this location! I ship from EBay often. This guy tells me I must use an approved Fed Ex box. My box was just fine. Would have cost over $25 + original $20 I already paid for shipping on EBay. Other Fed Ex locations always take my boxes. Some kinda scam to buy their boxes?? Dont know, but I DO know I will NEVER return to this location!
I had a print job which was not complicated. A different fedex store did for me so i know it can be done. I just made the mistake of stopping at this store. I further made the mistake of being nice by letting manager deal with other customers while other worker finishes break. She gets off break and has no freaking clue how to do the work and manager is afraid to bud in and help. 50mins later it was all for nothing. I gave up and left. Never coming to this store ever!!!
Dont use this location for shipping unless you like them opening you neatly packed box because they wont ahip anything unless you prove what you are shipping by tearing your box open.

I went into this store and flat out announced I need help! Nolan, one of two employees present, was at my side immediately. I had connection issues, I had flash drive issues, I had printing issues (you can guess I am not techy) and Nolan patiently helped me step by step. He didnt do - - he had me resolve each issue. He paid attention to me even as he waited on other customers! I would recommend this location to anyone needing help to print anything!
We had a huge event - 300 people - and there was a misunderstanding about one of our important marketing pieces. We called in a panic, needed 300 doubled sided/folded booklets made in 45 minutes. Nolan didnt even hesitate and said theyd get it done - THANK YOU!!

My first time using this fed ex locatipn and I will never use them again. I wrapped my box in shipping paper. Like I do for all the orders at work that we ship through fed ex. So I get to the counter and the gentleman says he cannot take the package wrapped and the only way he can take it is in a box ( so he could sell me a box) he insists on putting it in a box even rips the paper to see whats behind the paper. So now I have to pay for a box cause the gentleman ripped off my paper. And I ask him is the box going to add much weight to my shipping charge continues to tell me no it shouldnt add much more and tells me he couldnt tell me the amount it will cost. Come to find out it adds 10 dollars to an already 20 dollar shipping fee. This FedEx location and the gentleman man doubled my shipping from 20 to 40 dollars with a box that they said they cannot take even though they have taken my packages at other locations with shipping wrap no problem. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU
How rude can the attendant be. I asked him for help shipping a small iPhone charger and he was too busy to say anything except that to mail an iPhone charger to Oregon would cost me about $40. Barely looked at me and told me has was busy.

Avoid this location. Woman at the counter would not accept prepaid packages in my own boxes, insisted that they must be packaged in approved boxes (ie wanted me to pay to have them repackaged there)
Extremely slow wifi. so downloading even a small file to print is virtually impossible. Employ seemed smug and indifferent to such a poor service.
