Great used bookstore. Very large and clean. Good quality books. Most books are between $1-5. This bookstore is staffed by volunteers from the Friends of Schenectady Library. Hours are limited.

A Second Look used bookstore is located in Viaport Mall in Rotterdam, NY. It is one of the few used bookstores in the capital region and offers a large variety of very good quality used books. The store is run by volunteers of the Friends of Schenectady Public Library. All proceeds benefit the libraries in Schenectady County. Friendly, helpful staff. Great prices, too! I got a book originally priced at $35.99 for $1.40! I will definitely be back and recommend to friends / family.
