BB staff are always helpful, always answer all my questions but @ the same time never hover as I shop. They always let Us know they are available for our questions while shopping.

Justin was top shelf installer, and a pleasure to do business with. I’m so thrilled I decided to go with you guys and have Justin do the job. My windows look absolutely beautiful. . Just had the worst customer service experience there. We are enclosing our covered patio to make it a three season room. We waited in line for about a half an hour listening to someone behind the counter taking care of someone who was ordering one or two doors. It sounded as if they were being very thorough. A second customer service assistant walks in and asks if we need help. I reply yes, I would liked to get a quote for doors and windows. Assistant: well do you know what you want. I say yes. Long pause. Assistant: (irritated) Do you want interior or exterior? I say all exterior. Long pause again. Assistant: (even more irritated) Wood? Vinyl? At this point my wife and I realize he doesnt want to work with us. Ive estimated we were going to spend $4000 on windows and doors and probably another $1000 on lumber. Well, they lose out.

My husband and I purchased a kitchen pantry cabinet recently. Very poor customer service. When I ordered the cabinet I specifically told them what was needed - the fillers; toe kick & crown molding along with the cabinet. It did take some time to receive the cabinet. When it arrived the top filler was missing. You would think they would know what to order for the cabinet. After numerous calls waiting for cabinet & filler from me the top filler finally came in. To my surprise I recd a phone call saying it arrived & to pick it up. My husband went to pick it up - was told to go to a warehouse on Princetown Rd to get it. It was not there & he couldnt find the warehouse. So He went back to speak to someone at warehouse & all they said was oh its here. Instead of having my husband drive all around they should of looked at their warehouse first. So unprofessional. I will never purchase anything nor will I recommend anyone to go to Bellevue Builders again. There are plenty of other places that will gladly help out the customer & follow up w/phone calls as to status of my order. Instead I had to keep calling every single week.Do your homework everyone before you decide to purchase anything from Bellevue Builders.

Dan, our kitchen designer, was top notch. He is extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. Hes a pleasure to work with and I wouldnt hesitate to design your next kitchen with him at Bellevue Builders.

My fiancé and I bought a fixer upper around the corner from Bellevue Builders. It’s so convenient having a hardware store so close for the millions of trips we make. It’s easy to get in and out and Clyde is the best! He’s always available to answer questions and is always in a great mood. We’re new at home repairs and need a lot of advice, we find ourselves constantly saying “let’s go ask Clyde’”

Im remodeling my home and Bellevue is around the corner from me. Both times I went the cashier with the grey hair has been a a-hole. Both times we went hes always complaining and when I asked where something is my wife and I got attitude. We will be going to Lowes and Home Depot for everything now because you obviously dont want our money.

Great savings great customer service

New to the area and recently purchased a home. We have many projects coming up, meaning we are going to spend a LOT of money! Unfortunately it wont be at your establishment. I gave your store 3 opportunities and quite frankly I dont know if Ive ever seen such poor customer service! Theres an older gentleman at the front counter who is argumentative, angry and rude! Yesterday was the final straw! I entered the store (It was completely empty- no customers) the gentleman at the counter was working on the computer, he did not acknowledge, or greet me, he continued to work on the computer for about 2 minutes, then without saying a word, left the counter, walked to the back and had a conversation with his co-worker! He left me standing there!!!... Nobody else in the store!!! Cannot believe that you allow such behavior from your employees!!!

We use Bellevue for almost all of our companies roofing needs, Ron and Thornton are the golden geese. Thornton goes the extra mile to help us get the right supplies.Awesome place, they don’t mess around and almost always have what we need.

I needed pressure treated lumber for a fence project. Salesman was initially a little stand-offish, but once he realized I was serious, he was a tremendous help. He took time to help me sort out good boards and steered me away from the less than perfect ones. the drive through lumber yard is nice. The pressure treated wood at Bellevue was actually DRY. When you buy from the big box stores, its all totally saturated with water. Ill be going back to Bellevue whenever I have a significant project.

Bellevue bldrs. was the only local lumber yard that had the pressure treated lumber that I needed. Prices were a little high,but so was the quality of limber,and customer service was great!!

As a BB shopper I just have to respond to some reviews; yes the service can be a bit slow, but I am not so wrapped around myself so much to think that a small few boards purchase should take precedent over a phone purchase of thousands of dollars.., its ok. Also, on the lumber prices; they tend to be a little higher, BUT the quality is better and you dont have to fish through stacks full of junk, what is your time worth to you?

This building supply went downhill under previous owners but has since improved. The drive thru is fast for getting common wood and building supplies. The main building has your typical hardware supply stuff including paint and small engine supplies. They will also design decks, kitchens and other things for you and price out your project. In my opinion there pricing has always been competitive with the big box stores.

Nice to deal with people who actually have knowledge about building material. You could starve to death waiting for service at Home Depot.GREAT prices @ Bellevue as well!!!!

Why go to HD or Lowes to push your cart thru the store to load and unload when Bellevue has a drive thru servuce.

Bought 2 French doors here after going to Lowes and Home Depot. The difference in service is pretty obvious: Bellevue employees have knowledge about what they are selling. What took 40min at Lowes took 4 at Bellevue. Lowes needed 2 months to get my doors, Bellevue got them delivered at my house in a couple of days. Home Depot personnel can probably answer questions about which aisle to find products, Bellevues personnel knows the ins and outs of their products and can tell you step by step what to order and how to install anything they sell.

First review of a buisness for me. Building a house and my builder used Bellevue builders for most of the materials. Highly recommend avoiding buisness with Bellevue if at all possible. First they sent only half of the windows on my blue prints. Then after hours designing a kitchen layout for cabinets (color, design, hardware ect) we called back later to be told they lost EVERYTHING. Then they sent the wrong countertops and tried to convince us to keep the wrong ones. They sent the wrong siding trim color as well. We started to question if it was us but we had paper proof of all the mistakes. When I called and spoke to the Head Sales Manager he assured me he would call me right back. Three weeks later and still waiting for that call he promised. Again, if you have a schedule to stick to avoid them. We had no choice due to our builder.

Had a great time, made some jokes, loaded some wood which was in doors, took a walk through the on sale section, ran into a buddy from work, then left, what more could u want from a lumber yard?

I hope that they start hiring more minorities there and they educate their workers on how to be good to all

Color people beware!!!!!I simply asked for the price of the molding or for something that had the price so I did not have to come back and fort for constant pricing a guy with shoulder high hair answered me too dont need that if you know what u want then their was a lady sitting at the same desk she was help ful finally I tried to pay for my stuff stood at the desk a bold guy did not even acknowledge that i was their i get all my materials from home depot but a contractor told me to go and check this place out never again will i make that mistakeTO THE OWNER PLEASE PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE THAT YOU WILL NOT SERVE COLOURED PEOPLE

I frequently shop at this location. The guys at the front desk are always helpful. You can’t beat free popcorn Thursday’s.

Every time I go in there, the cashiers are the most unfriendly and uncooperative people. Sarcastic when you ask them a question. The purchase of a replacement window in the doors window section was humiliating from the salesman attitude. These people dont want to work, their rude, standoffish and dont help on a purchase. Definitely stay away from this place from now on.

Upsold buy 1 get 1 free then cashier FORGOT it was bu1 get 1 and tried to charge me not the first time this happened. Felt bad had to interrupt her phone time.

Be warned 4/10/18 these people charged me $58/sheet for 3 sheets of 3/4 PT plywood. WHEN I balked at the price and they said all lumber was way up. I subsequently checked Lowes and their 3/4 PT Plywood is $41/sheet. I went back confident that there was simply some sort of mistake. They talked a bunch of smack and made no effort a customer service. DO NOT TRUST TODAYS BELLEVUE BUILDERS THEY ARE NOT THE SAME COMPANY THAT THEY USED T BE!!!!

If your a homeowner you dont feel welcome. Did not offer patience or guidance when I was trying to purchase an HB&G porch column after finding out they were a provider of HB&G columns. Salesperson seemed annoyed I was even there. Answered the phone on the first ring while I was trying to communicate which one I wanted even though other employees were there to answer the phone.

Wouldnt surprise me this place goes under. Want decent customer service .go to HOME DEPOT! !!

My kitchen window shipped by them is broken. Ive been keep asking when they can fix their problem and ship the new window from Spring. Now its October and I still havent got a SINGLE FRACTION of glass. Sigh.
