I had visited several other dealerships before coming to Fuccillo Kia. All of the others were cagey about what they had on the lot and not particularly interested in providing a service. They all had a take it or leave it kind of approach and pretended to work on a better deal only to come back with absolutely outrageous numbers. From the second we (my father and I) stepped into Fuccillo Kia, we were greeted by a very pleasant woman at the front desk. She immediately introduced us to Kenny and the rest of the afternoon was a breeze. Kenny spent several hours with us, walking us through all of the available models, letting us test drive a couple of cars, and completing all of the paperwork very efficiently. He has the patience of a saint, calmly and expertly answering all of my and my dads questions. I ended up signing a lease not only because I found a car I liked, but because I actually wanted to give you my business. The vibe of the place, the staff on site and the overall experience were so different to the places we had already visited. After the lease was signed, Kenny helped me apply for car insurance and walked me through all of the most pertinent controls, in addition to showing me how to integrate my phone with the car. All in all the 5+ hours we spent there felt like no time had passed. I would recommend Fuccillo Kia to anyone in the market for a car.

The entire process was smooth, their pricing was rated as “Great” for both vehicles, and they didn’t hit me with hidden fees. They even brought me the vehicles 90 miles away for free. I will definitely call Woody the next time I need another Kia. Top notch!

They will indefinitely hold your car hostage and refuse to accommodate you with a loner. My husband brought his car in after it stopped driving properly to find out that it is part of a major recall. After a few weeks at the dealership and unable to figure out what is happening, they are ordering a new engine but say that they have cars waiting since March in the shop that engines have not come in for yet. When asked about getting a loaner car since we have children and jobs they said that they are unable to do that and we would have to file a claim, pay out of pocket for a loaner from Hertz and then get reimbursed. INEXCUSABLE!

I wasted 4 hours driving from Utica and back to make an offer on a Telluride that they were advertising on their web site. After they looked at my trade and made an offer they said there was an additional marketing fee of $7,500 added to the list price as Tellurides are in demand. Nothing on the web site stated this. I have purchased 8 Sorrentos and 1 Opima and plan on calling Kias national corporate office to let them know about your deceptive sales practices.

Have been searching for a Telluride for some time and contacted them about one of their cars in stock with an interest to purchase. Due to the low availability, they informed me that they were marking up their Tellurides $7,500 over MSRP. I know it is a popular car and the concept behind supply and demand, but would never buy a car here or shop with them.

Called in asking if they had a specific Kia model in stock and they told me yes and that they had more than one. When I get there they had 0, even after I called again 40 minutes before getting there. Worst part is That they didnt even offer an apology and instead tried to sell me a lower and higer trim level than the one I talked over the phone like it was just all on purpose just to get me there and try to sell me something I didnt wanted. I just got here from overseas and the military dont pay us for daily rental cars so thanks a lot for making me waste a 7 hour round trip for nothing, just wasted my entire day thanks to your shady business. I also had a different car in mind but refused to give you my money and more of my precious time.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND you purchase a car from this dealership. I needed to get the bumper replaced. I took my car to Cole’s Collision in Colonie. They informed me my car has had previous damage to the integrity of the car. That the car is not structurally sound and even my insurance adjuster states it’s previous damage. I called and spoke with the manager who was rude and not helpful. They never disclosed the car had previous damage. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They are saying nothing shows on the Car Fax. I will be hiring an attorney.

Came in looking to test drive a white 2016 Kia Soul I saw listed on their website and the CarFax website. I sat around for a bit and the sales person coming to me with keys saying, I have the keys right here, let me just pull it around up front. Several minutes later the salesperson comes up to me again and says that he thinks the vehicle is in the overflow lot. Several minutes later again he tells me that the car has actually been sold (whose keys were those?!) but that he could show me a few other vehicles. I asked if any were 1 vehicle owners be with no reported accidents. He tells me hell have to check. Several minutes later again he has me come out to test drive a 2014 Kia Soul with obvious damage in the bottom left of the drivers side. I used the vehicle test drive session to drive up and down the road looking at the inventory of other dealers in the area.

I was looking for a Kia Carnival. They had it…yay. After calling 2 times to be sure they had it and the information was accurate online I drove 3 hours with my wife and newborn. Elijah Paula (not the person I talked to on the phone) was great in showing me the car and answering questions. When I went to buy it there was a $3,000 markup in marker on the left of the actual vehicle price. Ya, that would have been pertinent information. Then they told me everyone was doing it. Lol, I called Matthews Kia of Clay and I would have to wait a little over a week and pay about $3,500 less than Fucillo Kia. CRAZY RIGHT.

Under no circumstances should you ever purchased a vehicle from this place I bought a used 2016 Chrysler 300 and have been getting the runaround for three days I have yet to be able to bring my vehicle home due to different issues noises under the hood brakes and calipers needing to be fixed not to mention the reckless and irresponsible service department for miss handling my keys and allowing another customer to take my key home causing me to sit at the dealership for hours while they look for the key they don’t fix things you point out even after promising you they would be fixed before you Leave with a vehicle absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life

To be honest, I wasnt sure what to expect. Ive bought 4 cars from the Fucillo group in the last 20 years and been a happy customer. I was sure to add the extended warranty on my last two vehicles as I drive A LOT for work and did not want to get burned with another $4500 transmission replacement ( not Fucillos fault). I usually deal with Fucillo East Greenbush and was skeptical when they sent me to Fucillo Kia Schenectady with my Sportage (no-brainer I know). Carolyn in the service department was wonderful. She had my check engine light diagnosed within half an hour, advised me the repair cost ($100 deductible with warranty), that I wouldnt have to leave my vehicle and it would be ready within the hour. Really?! With all the stories Ive heard of dealership service departments being backed up for weeks, this was awesome news! Carolyn kept in touch with me the whole 2 hours I was there and got me back on the road making money THAT DAY!!! Customer service DOES still exist! Special thanks to Carolyn and the team at Fucillo Kia for keeping me moving!!!

This place is a nightmare they literally sold me a car without a donut and when theres a clear spot for a donut I dont care if it was a used car not there should be a donut or spare tire of some sorts in the car and then when I asked him about it they told me he had Fix-A-Flat would certainly isnt helping my situation then when I call their so-called roadside assistance they want $95 from a disabled person to get my cards .04 miles away are you kidding me do not buy a car from this place they promise you the world and are completely they went behind my back and talks of my 85 year old father who I said does not make decisions financially I told him what my limit on how much without my permission they took an extra $2,000 out and then my car payment was almost $100 more than I said I was going to pay

Faulty oil pressure switch. Warranty repair - told would be a couple days. Over a week later, call to check status - now told parts won’t be in for several weeks. NO LOANER - they “don’t participate in that”. Dealer tells me to pay for rental and ask corporate to reimburse. Called corporate to complain - they tell me same but that the dealer will reimburse. Corporate was supposed to escalate and follow up. A week later, still nothing.EDIT: After a month and several calls, parts being expedited and rental car approved. Satisfied with end result but not with the runaround.

I needed an awd vehicle with more cargo space than my current car. As I parked, Andrew Patrow was already offering a handshake and was eager to answer any of my questions. Fuccilo Kia had the vehicle I was looking for in stock and upon applying, Andrew also communicated all my concerns to management and finance. I got a very fair offer for my trade and was able to get a monthly payment I could afford. I was able to drive away the same day without hassle. As a buyer the dealership made me feel like I was in control and made it a personal experience, where I felt like I was buying a car off my friend. I got married in 2019 and have moved since I purchased the car... I cannot locate my sales contract. I have contacted Fuccillo Kia at least 6 times since 10/2019, to get a copy of my sales contract, so I can change my name. Every time I talk to someone they say that the paperwork is located in a POD that is offsite, and they dont know when someone can get out to the POD. Its nearing 2 years and there has not been a resolution. I have even contacted corporate and nothing. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from them with this kind of customer service 😑 I have even asked if I can go to the POD myself, no answer

We love kia sorentos. We have had 4 so far the fit and trim is as good as any luxury car. The only thing on the new one is there is no speak to operate the car. Such as change radio station or telephone calls. You have to hook your phone to the car with a cable. Then you can use the auto Android or Apple car. But as far as using the Sirius radio you have to do it by hand. With our 2012 and 2017 you could just talk to the car change the radio station or call home to all sorts of things. All hands-free.

They were very attentive and if the specific person you were with didnt know the answer they werent afraid to ask and find out, they did not b.s around. I had a problem with a check engine light a day after purchase they told me not to drive it and they paid to have it towed back and sent it to a dealership that specializes in that vehicle and paid for the repair which was just a system update for my knock sensor but they took it very seriously and made sure everything else was good to go. I love the vehicle I got from them it runs beautifully and has no problems whatsoever Ive been denied almost every where else for financing because I have a repo from when I was in high school they said they will get me APPROVED and they did 100% with a great monthly payment

Theyll be all nice to you when buying a vehicle. But as soon as you get the car and need it serviced, or something wasnt working and youre under warranty, forget it. They will make you bounce around to rep to rep. Our vehicle was under warranty and a radiator clamp came off. Our vehicle overheated not even a month later and were stranded. We had to pay for a tow to KIA where they told us to bring it. Then they said we had to bring it to another shop and spend money on towing because it was their fault for telling us to bring it to them. Then the place we brought it to charged us for the part. Now fighting with the dealership to reimburse us.

First, let me say, as with any major dealership dont go alone! 4 eyes are better than 2 and they will try to take advantage of you so have an advocate with you! My first experience here was awful! I really didnt want to give them my business again, but I was looking for a specific minivan and they had the one I was looking for with all the features I wanted. I went in the second time cautious and prepared to walk away if needed. This second time wasnt as bad. I worked with Vanie and she was great! If you decide to shop here, ask for her! Shes the reason I gave a 5 star rating. For the dealership as a whole, Im really on the fence on how to rate them. Just be mindful and cautious! As far as Kia in general, Ive had 2 Sorentos and I just purchased a Sedona. I drove a few other vans while shopping for my Sedona and they just werent the same. Spoke with Michelle about a used car, a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. We scheduled a time to come in to see and test drive the car.We get there, no one knows we are coming in, then we couldnt even look at the car or test drive it as it was in the shop on the lift and all the wheels were taken apart.Then the sales person and manager refused even to discuss price with us. Wasted our time.On top of that, Michelle reaches out this morning to ask if we liked the car. What? Do these people not talk to one another?Just an FYI to anyone else looking at the 2018 Subaru Crosstrek (VIN: JF2GTAJC8JH277178Stock: K21808A), it is a mess. FULL of rust everywhere. Our salesperson Dave DeNero was amazing. Hands down the best car sales person that I have ever dealt with in 30+ years of owning a car. He is friendly, knowledgeable and a true pleasure to deal with. As a woman shopping alone initially, the most common experience at a car dealership is not to be taken completely seriously. Dave took my interest seriously from the very beginning, without any extreme pressure to buy. Just the right balance of salesmanship and respect.Also, I was very impressed Taliah, who responded to my initial on-line inquiry several months before we bought the car. She followed up consistently and exactly when I asked her to get back to me. Taliah notified me as soon as the dealership had two hybrid Sorentos on the lot, which were not available when I inquired initially. Dealing with the Fuccillo Kia dealership in Schenectady was probably the most pleasant car acquisition process Ive ever been involved in. Our salesman Dave DeNero was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Parts closes whenever they feel like it. I called, telling them I would be there to pick up parts. Drove all the way down from Saratoga only to be turned away at the door at 5:15. I called to confirm and the door says 530 on Thursday. Person in the hallway wouldn’t put me in touch with anybody in charge. Shrugged and says “sucks for you, they’ve been gone for a while”. Why have extended hours on Thursday and Friday if you’re not going to stay there. What a waste of time.

I will never go back to Fuccillo Kia at 3900 State St. Had the worst experience in trying to get my vehicle repaired. I purchased the vehicle from this location and have always got my vehicle serviced there. The service department was unable to repair my vehicle and stated parts that were bad and had me pay to have it replaced and the problem still exist. The problem was the sensor light would not go out, and after many attempts and parts I paid for which was supposedly fixed the problem did not. I was last told the problem could be the harness need to be replaced to correct the sensor problem. I took my vehicle to a Car Repair Company in Albany and they fixed the problem, this resulted after the first court date. I was also told by this Albany service company that there was no such thing as a harness for the computer system for my vehicle. At my next court date I told the Judge the problem was fixed and wanted a refund for what I paid Fuccillo Kia . Prior to going to court, several attempts/discussions were made with Service Manager and Head Sales Manager get them to resolve this repair matter with no satisfaction, which resulted for me to take them to court and get a resolution. I have now been paid for the parts I made to the Albany Car Repair company. It should be noted that this matter came to an end by me taking Fuccillo Kiar Reps to court to get my out of pocket expenses. This problem started in July, 2020 and ended in court on January, 2021. All this time spent in trying to get my money was unnecessary considering I purchased the vehicle from this location. Taking my business elsewhere. I feel that this location do not care about your business, only how to get money from you.

Horrible incompetence, beware! Took my car in for poor acceleration. They tried to nickle and dime me for adjustments, new sensors etc. When none of that worked that convinced Kia warranty that turbo is defective. Two weeks later they told me the car was functional again. When I picked it up, it was same as before, so they obviously lied, since even my daughter noticed that the car is still too slow. I diagnosed it myself in 5 minutes since it was obvious that the intercooler split in half. Of course this is not covered by warranty, which makes me sol. So much time wasted for nothing.

Stopped in to check out a car they had on the lot a 2014 Subaru Impreza..was greeted by Andre when I walked in. He was friendly and not pushy listened to what I was looking for and brought up the car for a test drive. I had the car a little longer then expected but he was super nice about it.I told him I would talk to my wife and come back the next day to test drive it. Again he wasnt pushy told me he would meet here in the morning. Didnt ask for a deposit or anything but I left one anyway.Came back the next morning and the car was ready for test drive. Andre had someone look at my trade to see what we can do. The whole processes was super easy. They gave me the deal I wanted and I was able to leave with the car that day.I sold cars for about 7 years. And I never liked dealing with other sales people. But Andre was the exception, and I would gladly buy from him again.

Went to purchase a brand new Kia. Sat down with a salesman we agreed do an out of door price of 23500. I asked if that amount would change if I used the financing I was told no. The contract was written up and then I was told the price would be 25000 the discount I was told would be included was taken out. A manager gave me a final out of door of 24568. I didn’t take the offer the lowest he was willing to come down was 24200. He wouldn’t go down anymore so he let me walk and I walked out and will never return to this lying and deceptive dealership who change figures to pad profits. They were very close to earning my business but now I will never return to do business with them ever.

I was there to drop off a friend so she could get her car serviced. I somehow parked in the sales area. When walked into the place everyone wanted to help me. I told them all I am just picking up a friend whom is getting her car serviced. They were very nice and walked me to the service department.I have to say the sales team made me feel very welcome. Understood why I was there.The reason I am pointing this out is because. I felt good that none of them tried to say well while youre here do you want to look at a car. They did say if we can help you with anything let anyone of us know. I said great thank you I will.When I am in the market for a new car. I will definitely go back to this dealership to purchase a vehicle.They were not pushy nor overbearing.The service department was also very friendly.

Dropped off the car the other day for some service, they forgot to do one simple thing that takes 5 minutes.Now I’m back at the shop waiting at the end of the service line. If you’re looking to service your car here, they will waste your time.I know I’m not bringing my car back here again.

About this customer service that you talk about. My daughter called your Service Department from ACROSS THE STREET this morning when her car wouldnt start. She was told call roadside assistance. She was by herself and stuck with a car that wouldnt start and that was your good customer service. Hopefully, she can ditch the car and go somewhere that actually does have good customer service.
