Jakob was very helpful and patient with my Wife and I. He was very knowledgeable and made the process of upgrading very easy.

Cancelled an order I had made, stating phone wasn’t in stock, I never received notification of this and drove over 45 minutes. Order never got cancelled on Verizon’s end and I have been waiting over two weeks to place a new order, as they state I still have a pending order on my account.

The rep who tended to my needs was very knowledgeable and courteous. His name is Kevin.

Kevin and Stephen were amazing! I came in with questions and Kevin answered them knowledgeable. He also helped me upgrade my phone. Stephen helped me pick out a case and was easy to talk to. Friendly and clean environment. 10/10 recommend and will be back if needed in the future! Thanks guys!

The staff member was unwilling to help us with our issue. Instead he gave us a number to call, which we told him we wanted to speak to a person. The staff member told us to call it ourselves and if we had issues, we could come back. Never going back. That store has lost our business permanently. Bad customer service.

My Representative was Stephen Soucy. He was truly exceptional, perhaps the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was very patient, he explained everything clearly...and I am tech-challenged...which made it especially challenging for Stephen :-) He wrote information for me so I wouldnt forget, he included phone numbers...and he offered his help if I need him in the future. He has a bright future...keep him !!!

Tonight I was very confused over a number of things my phone can/cannot do. I spoke with David. David had an answer for each of my questions. He put me at ease especially one of my issues. He was very polite and especially knowledgeable. I definitely would go back to this store.

Got to the store at 1030, no wait they were ready to help. I worked with Stephen and mike. I wanted the red iPhone 11, they were out, so they made some calls and went and picked up the red phone from another location. I left and they called me back when they had it two hours later. Very pleased with the service. No prior appointments necessary, just walk in. Would be happy to return to that location if need be.

Absolutely friendly!! Absolutely awesome! Went in with a complaint from a actual Verizon store and the gentleman who helped me at R wireless was very knowledgeable! Helped me with getting the right case and screen protector for my phone (which by the way the Verizon store i bought my phone from the day prior sold me the completely wrong case and screen protector) I will continue to give R wireless my business if I have any other need for such things!

Michael Barton is the manager at 1790 Altamont Ave Schenectady NY. He is the most absolute best with customer service at his store.I purchased a new smartphone, he took time with me to download all the material pertaining to my business that was essential, he offered a tremendous amount of insight in regard to the questions I asked him, he is so helpful and knowledgeable in every way. Just left the store attempted to add my brother to my plan and buy his phone. I was sold after being in the store for 15mins that the system was down and to try again another day. When I left I went to check buying it online and just picking up in store the next day but my account was now locked/restricted for fraud prevention. There was nothing wrong with my account before I went into the store because I checked to make sure I can still add another line. The store associate locked my account and then lied about the system being down

Stephen was very helpful and friendly. He fixed my iPad issue quickly and went over my account details as we chatted. Highly recommend!

Rotterdam Verizon has a most helpful staff. We upgraded 2 phones, received pertinent advice and suggestions. Actually saved money on devices, accessories and our plan. At times it was a group effort, but a tip our caps to Mr. Barone. He took his time through the phone transfer processes and answered all our questions. Kudos.

Donovon and Jared are wonderful to work with. Fantastic customer service and professional personality. Would recommend them strongly! Able to multitask through manager along stupid questions. When we arrived the manager, Mike?, was visibly in a rush to leave the store at what I assume to be quitting time. He did not even introduce himself. Mike was dismissive and attempted to rush our transaction. Jared was able to step in, and provide better service and a excellent experience. No one likes to upgrade phones, but Jared made the exchange pleasant.

These guys are so great! They helped me so much when I was in a bind. My phone crashed and I had no choice but to get a new phone. They spent well over an hour working with me, making sure I got the right phone, and started me on a new plan (off of my parents). They were so incredibly helpful - I am so happy I chose to come to this Verizon store!

I came in very upset this afternoon with a lot of questions (and I admit, a little attitude). Michael helped me understand what was happening with my bill and got me set up with a plan that better fit my day to day usage. I Had the best experience purchasing a phone at the Verizon wireless store on Altamont Avenue in Rotterdam. I dealt with Jacqueline Daly. She was very patient and knowledgeable and answered every question I had and I had many! She was always available whenever I said Id be in to see her and even stayed over her shift to make sure I was comfortable with the phone! The atmosphere was very relaxing and friendly! Mason was great as well! STOP IN FOR A SMOOTH STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE!

Ive been to many Verizon stores in my time. None treated me with the kindness and knowledge that I have experienced here. Ashay and his team are best in class. I used to go to Mohawk Commons and deal with nightmares of experiences. I will only go here going forward and recommend everyone to this store. I visited this location in July 2018 and traded in my old iPhone for a new iPhone during a $300 device credit promotion. The staff were friendly and assisted with transferring everything to my new iPhone, so I give credit to them for that. I would caution folks to verify the bundle prices are really a bundle price. I was given a bundle price for two items, each $39.99. I was told that was the bundle price and the system discounts automatically, however, the price matched what was on the shelf at the time for regular price for each item - I just let that go at the time.My issue is with the service after the sale. I raised concerns about not receiving $300 credit and was told it would be 1-2 billing cycles. We are now three months past the purchase & I do not have my $300 device credit. In an attempt to resolve the issue I emailed their R-wireless customer care email twice as well and was ignored both times. I am now fighting with Verizon Wireless directly in hopes of getting my $300 credit.

Does the thought of upgrading your phone put a knot in your stomach? Avoid that feeling completely by stopping into this store! Mike was super helpful, and helped me throughout the entire process of an phone update (which took two hours itself) and transferring my information. Even though it took so long, Mime did complain a bit and walked me through the process ate by step. While sitting at the store, I watched this crew teach newer staff members, laugh, and work with the upmost professionalism. They helped customers that had been earlier in the day who had hiccups, but beyond that, they helped people who didn’t purchase devices at their own location - just because it was the right thing to do.

My experience with two other Verizon stores in the area has not always been great. This new store on Altamont Ave opened this summer and Ive stopped in a couple of times to ask questions about my phone. Mason took his time explaining everything and didnt even mind when it was getting close to closing time. He said he would stay until all of my questions were answered. He even showed me some additional things. He was professional and friendly.Ive also met Ashay and he is very nice.Zak set up my new tablet and was super knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.I feel like I can stop in any time and be greeted by friends. BEST Verizon store in the area!OH, Mason texted me a while after I had my new phone to see if I had any questions or problems. Wow - what a nice touch!
