They didnt have any post holiday sales, the store was very empty of merchandise, the prices are incredibly high and the restrooms were a disaster area. The womens room had a hand soap that was almost completely water as they had watered it down immensely, the mens room had a parking lot sign in it and both were disgustingly dirty.

Went there to get a last minute replacement balloon for my Granddaughters birthday because it popped. The guy was very rude and said he could have it done in 3 hours. Another co-worker heard him and blew it up for me.

Terrible service! Stood there for 20 mins with no one to help me. They literally had 3 people helping one customer!

People there are rude

The staff was not attentive at all! There was one person behind me and I told the cashier to ring her up so she wouldnt have to wait until she finished blowing up my balloons. There were three other staff working in the ailes, not one came to help the one who was checking people out. I Waited long enough for balloons to be blown up and asked her to finish my order. By this time the line was so long people were getting annoyed.

Will definitely return. I looked everywhere for an inflatable t-rex costume. Last minute found one my son loved it I will definitely be getting one for the whole family.. had a blast. It did start fogging up an a bit hot but a great costume

Holy cow. Minnie mouse balloon was $25 but my niece LOVED it. Aaaand its always nice to pick up random candies to stash away from your own kids. 😂😂 cashier was great and worked well under pressure. Very busy when i went in.

This store pretty much has all your party supply needs. You can find anything from Halloween to Weddings to birthday party supplies here. And the store is easy to navigate through. Thumbs up!

Very nice people. Cool store and great collections. Has a wide variety of costumes, but there are only two fitting rooms. So if you want to try a costume on, and you are busy, make sure to get there early so you have time to try your costume on.

They had everything that we need fir my daughters wedding.We got some nice decorations.Very nice.

Party City has been my go to place for lots of party related supplies, small give aways, and costume stuff. They are a specialty store and priced as such, but not too expensive. I find then a good place to go to find goodie bag items for small give aways.

Tha staff are not that helpfuland can be rude some times. better priced then the costumer.

Friendly workers, great customer service, and no discrimination, I have a defect in my left eye which makes it super sensitive to light, sometimes causes panic attacks, so every now and then I purchase an eye patch to protect my eye from the light.

Terrible, they close thier register before the store is even closed so that they cant help you. I had an even exchange that they would not even let me do since they closed thier registers before the store closing hour. This was a mistake party City made with an on line order being the wrong size and they would not make it right. Absolutely would not recommend.

Return policy is a joke. Bought something and decided before we even walked out the door we didnt need it. We walked immediately over to customer service and they wouldnt let us return it. We felt scammed in a way.
