I went to the Erie Blvd location in Schenectady. They only stock electrical supplies, which is why I go there. Service is good, you will pay a little more, but the selection and quality of the merchandise cant be beat. When I need something that the big box stores dont carry, I go here, walk in, and get what I want. The entrance is on the right hand side of the building as you face it and they have a dedicated customer parking lot there. Ive been shopping there since the mid seventies. And Ill definitely go back.
Great place to order all your lighting and electrical needs. This location is best for contractors and electricians or DIY home repair orders and pick up. Homeowners looking to browse a lighting selection should visit the Albany location.
I brought my depression era glass painted lamp in for rewiring. When I picked it up it was poorly glued back together. They said there was an accident and the glass broke. I should have realized that the lack of care might be an issue when the girl at the counter just dropped it in a box when I left it. They did not charge for the wiring but now my family heirloom is permanently damaged.
Was not there
The counter help in Albany and Schenectady is terrible. Im going to Home Depot.
Best wire prices in town
Went in not knowing what kind of breaker I had and they knew what it was. Thanks I needed that
Great
