I went to find out why I’m always hearing ringing in my ears and we came to the conclusion that I have tanitus. Excellent product!

I met with Melissa. She cleaned my hearing aids and we discussed the broken ear plug. I’ll have to wait until May when we return from Florida to have it repaired. Also I needed batteries but would have to pay $40 for a box as they are no longer covered. I’m disappointed about that.

My husband and I discovered Hear For You about 3-4 years ago. It was a great experience right from the beginning. Our prior hearing place was nothing but trouble. Not so with Hear For You . They are very accommodating. They will go beyond to help you with any problem you might have with your aid. My husbands problem was major we just picked it up this afternoon after being with out for a week. He is singing the praises right now. And myself included.

Both Michelle and Melissa were a joy to work with. They were both courteous, friendly, and very efficient. If you have to wear hearing aids those are the folks you want to deal with. I was very happy with them both.

Michelle at the front desk is a great receptionist. She is very helpful and really knows how to make the first impression the best. The free evaluation with Melissa Hillock was very thorough. She was very personable and I enjoyed it. I also love how knowledgeable she was in telling me my results from the evaluation. I had called ahead of time since this is a hearing aid office I dont have hearing loss but wanted help find a product to help lower sounds to make them not as loud while allowing me to hear a conversation. Melissa reached out and figured the best way to give me a product that worked best for me. After she called and I agreed, just a few days ago I picked up my earbuds that were molded to my ears. Whether you have hearing loss or hypersensitive hearing this is the place to go! I highly recommend it!

Friendly and efficient.

Im new to the use of hearing aids and it took awhile before I took the step the make an appointment and find out how my hearing could be improved.The staff were friendly and seemed thorough and competent in completing my hearing assessment. They explained in detail the cause of my loss.They described the hearing aid that was their recommendation and explained what options existed in terms of price and performance of the device. The technician carefully explained how to use them and how to care for them. I purchased the hearing aids and had them in about ten days. Ive been back twice for follow-up visits and to see if I had any concerns or problems. The hearing aids have improved my hearing and the process has been painless.
