Expert massage therapy and communication. Lindsey is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist. She takes time to get updated on any issues, and always provides insightful and helpful feedback. In the 5 minutes I talk with her before each massage, I’ve gotten more helpful guidance than in 6 months of physical therapy for chronic pain. She knows exactly how to target muscle groups and joints and I value her immensely. She genuinely cares about her clients and making the atmosphere and experience relaxing and custom tailored. I have not felt this good in years and feel incredibly grateful to have found Sanctuary.

I was gifted a pregnancy massage here, and the experience from booking online, through the massage, and the wonderful products sold here, was amazing. Stephanie, the owner, was so easy to work with. Her website and questionnaires are easy to use and understand. Lindsay, my massage therapist, was so professional and welcoming. She really took my notes and preferences into consideration during the massage. There were also products selected for me based on what I had filled out in the questionnaire including a relaxing roll on essential oil and I love it! I was also worried about wearing a mask during the massage but I barely noticed it! The handling of all of the COVID regulations was great, and I know it must be tough for a business like this during this time. Thank you Stephanie & Lindsay. I cannot say enough good things about this business, I will be back for sure and if anyone asks what I want for birthdays and holidays, my answer will be a gift card to Sanctuary!!!

I found a Groupon for Stephanie years ago and am so glad I did ! She is thorough in her intake to make sure she addresses areas of concern or focus. She follows up after the massage to make sure you were comfortable and to ask whether you have any questions about what she did. It’s a judgment free zone. I’ve had massages at some top spas and I still always go back to Stephanie. Highly recommend !

If you have any doubts, get rid of them immediately. Ive been to see Stephanie twice and am still in disbelief. I have a broken down, former athlete body, suffering in many areas. Yesterday was massage #2 and just as incredible as the first one. Last night I felt extremely relaxed and slept like a baby. Today I feel completely rejuvenated and free from the typical aches and pains. Its truly amazing.She will sit down with you, listen to your concerns, answer any questions, and together, come up with a treatment plan.She will check in as often as you want throughout the massage to make sure pressure etc are at desired level. She has a great attention to detail and seems to find the source of the problem areas as she is working, I dont even have to say anything. The massage itself is ridiculous! Everything flows... and it just feels right. Its as if she knows what my body wants next. It really is remarkable and the outcome is even better.
