This is a review for my purchase a few years ago. Its a privately owned store with focus on TV, but they offer the same price as big box stores. The exact model I was looking for was in stock that day, I loaded up to my SUV and enjoyed a brand new TV 1 hour later.

Ive been having problems with my TV;s for some time. I called Towne for an estimate on my solution. KC the service manager showed up and solved all my problems with 3 separate solutions that did not involve buying anything from Towne. He was professional and Knowledgeable. Could not have been happier.

Building a house you deal with many contractors and services. Towne TV is one of the top professional services Ive had in my home. Fair prices, clear communication, they arrive early / on schedule. They are courteous in the home and overall nice people. Highly recommend these guys!

This is actually C Hyde. I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from the whole team at Towne TV. They were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and honest about what items I needed to buy and which could wait (no upselling). That was a real relief and pleasure. Next time I need help with audio/video, I will call on them.

They charged me 3000 to install 3 TVs and only 1 works. They do not follow through.

I recently reached out to Mickey via email for help with identifying a glitch in our church sound system. He offered suggestions on how to troubleshoot our equipment to determine the source of the problem. With his help I was able to isolate the piece of equipment that was causing the interference. I so appreciate his taking the time to help me. We will be upgrading our system in 2020 and will definitely look to Mickey and Towne TV for our project.

Towne TV is one of a kind and the same prices as the big box stores. They deliver and do the set up for whatever you buy. They also have appliances and will design a theater room for you. Go see Towne TV... where you always get the best in town. Great people!

I have a small commercial project I wanted them to bid on. The sales and staff were very knowledgeable and made some very good points I had not thought of. I cannot comment on their prices yet, but will update this review after I see their proposal.

TTV recently upgraded my media room to 4K and Dolby Atmos. Years ago I brought TTV in to help with my media room addition to my house, and over the years I keep coming back to them to keep up with the latest and greatest. Thanks Mickey for taking the time to work with me and accommodating my specific requirements. KC and the crew did a great job on the install work. Ive been really enjoying my movies and music and Im so glad that I did this upgrade before the virus hit our area. Have been going here ever since Roy Matthews in Scotia closed. If you appreciate and value a quality local business this is your place. Park right at the door. Knowledgable staff prices competative with big box stores. They have everything from antennas and 24 inch TVs to high end whole house wireless custom products and that they come to your house and install. They treat you with respect no matter what you are buying.

We recently worked with Mickey and the staff at Towne tv to purchase new projectors for our business (nexgen indoor golf center). Being a indoor golf facility we wanted to make sure the projectors we got were displaying the best picture possible. After a lot of research with the staff at Towne tv they found us great projectors at a great price and certainly went above and beyond what they needed to do. I highly recommend them for any of your business or home media needs.

Terrible service especially at the top. I was scheduling some work in my house and was seriously considering going to a locally owned type business/ vendor to buy everything and get it installed. I started working with some of the workers on the floor,(they were pretty nice) I had some concerns and started talking to someone higher up who I think was the owner, man this guy was a jerk. He gave me a feeling like he was better than me and seemed not to be listening to what I wanted. Even if this was place half the price I wouldnt give them the satisfaction to get my business. I hate to say it, but go to one of the big box stores, a 16 year old kid there will treat you with more respect than the owner of this place.

Guys were great. Very knowledgeable

They quoted me of work at my house (replace existing cameras; replace TV; move equipment downstairs etc). 1st time dealing with them I checked some of their prices for equipment on internet, like amazon, and noticed tremendous mark ups some double the price for same item that amounted to thousands of dollars added to proposal. After advising them I would like to buy some of the equipment and they can charge me their labor, Mickey (think hes an owner) advised me they didnt want to go forward with my work stating his company survives on the profit from equipment even though he had $4,000 of labor in quote that I ad no probelm paying. Their costs for HDMI cables and Misc costs thrown onto proposal are extremley excessive. I wanted to replace my DVR for camera with a DVR that had good storage. He advised Maximum storage for Watchdog system would be 3 TB or I would have to move to a 16 Channel system. I called Watch dog and found out they had a 6 TB unit for their 8 Channel system and better DVR. I assume they maximize their profits by selling what they had available not what would best fit their customer. They werent rude in anyway but my advice to anyone would be to ask for model and do a simple google search to make sure your not paying excessively to keep their profits high. Good Luck
