My husband went in today for the first time. The owner was extremely rude to him and made fun of his accent. Unacceptable behavior, especially for a business owner.

Great selection, good prices, great staff.

Horrible customer service. Walked in, both employees looked at me and did not say hello. Barely helped me when I asked if there was a specific liquor. Said “I don’t know”. After purchase, no goodbye, thank you, or even a reply when I said thank you. I wish y’all would learn basic manners..unfortunate.

Very nice selection of cheap and high end wines and very nice selection of liquors too. Only problem is......the guys behind the counter kept looking at us as though we were going to steal stuff or something. It only happened to us, as every other non brown customer wasnt paid that much attention to, unless it was to pay for something.

If i could give them less then one star i would will never be buying a thing from them rude as hell and dont know how to talk to people

Excellent location in remodeled Crosstown Plaza. Large selection, clean, very pleasant and helpful staff and owners. Prices are good too. This is a locally owned business very deserving of their reputation and your business.

When your looking for a specific wine or liquor that you cant find anywhere else. King cork will definitely have it. If your not sure what wine or liquor to choose with a meal. These guys have the knowledge to help you select the right one. Ive been coming here since it was ok for your mom to send you in with a note to get her some wine at 10 yrs old because she didnt have her hair done lol. They are top notch. A real local landmark in Schenectady. Highly recommended
