Bob @ G&M Auto Tech (which doubles as the Penske Schenectady Home Base) was nothing short of fantastic. Helpful, informative, and responsive. I had a 16 foot truck with a car carrier, was driving it for the first time, and was apprehensive. Bob and staff walked me through everything, answered my questions, and even threw in a hand truck and blankets at no extra charge. Nothing but great things to say!
