Giving me the run around and no one taking responsibility for it.took them 10 days to get my used part that was coming from Houston.my part was ordered then it was cancelled by employee/company.I was not notified. I had to call them to check why my part was not in my hands on set delivery date.I had it ordered a 2nd time and was told it would be in on a Monday and then it was Tuesday and then i had to drive to selma warehouse on Wednesday to find out what became of my part.no appologies,no call back.very unprofessional and bad customer service.i have my own business and i would never would never treat my customer that way.

Got my parts. Hard to find the location based on where Google took me. But I updated the maps so hopefully its easier for others. Theyre located on the front of the building towards lookout road.Be aware there may be a core charge for certain parts

DONT TALK OVER ME. I called you, a business, me a customer. I dont appreciate you not letting me speak. Thats not very professional. I get it, you know a hell of a lot more about auto parts than I, but I would have been grateful to at least felt a little respect. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Ordered a replacement hatchback for my car, stated that it must have the backup camera, and that it had a wing on the top above the rear window. When the part arrived there was no wing, and no rear back up camera. I did not have time to return it because I needed my car for my daily driver, but they charged me for the backup camera and spoiler if which is did not have, and because it was not the correct one my hatch does not lock either. Very disappointing transaction!
