The stylists at the I-35/ 3009 location are always friendly and pay attention to detail. Thats rare these days. I switch from sports clips to these guys and I get a better haircut at a better price.

It has been couple of years since I got my eyebrow waxed, so I decided to pamper myself get a haircut and eyebrow waxed. Ive never been to this salon but since, I never had a bad experience everywhere I go, I made an appt to this salon. The woman screwed my eyebrows after waxing. It left a bald spot that looks like a scar where hair wont grow. I got really upset because instead of owning her mistake the woman blamed me that my eyebrows has been like that before she waxed them. Her job was so terrible that I had to go to the near by salon to clean and evenly reshaped my brows. Unfortunately, I have to deal with a bald spot brow and fill in for couple of months atleast till the hair completely grows back.

Tracy did an AMAZING job on my daughter’s hair. She really listened to what my daughter wanted and delivered. She gave her highlights and a haircut and it looks beautiful. And teenage girls aren’t that easy to please. Lol I would go back to Tracy anytime. And will recommend her to everyone I know. Thanks Tracy

I got my hair done yesterday. I got a perm and a hair cut. The girl that did my hair was very sweet, but she those not know how to do hair or must not have done it for very long. The perm is not bad but the haircut is horrible 😫. My hair cut is way to short not at all like the picture I showed her. My sister is a hair styles for over 30 years now but lives in NC and it is very hard to get there to get your hair cut. When I showed her the pictures of what I wanted and what I got she could not believe what she saw. I look like my grandmother way back in the 70. I was very disappointed 😞

I was charged $300 for color and highlights. Spent 6 hours there, some of it in tears because I asked for transitional grey highlights and she did my entire head light grey. I looked like an 80 yo with purple hair! My appointment was scheduled for highlights, I verbally said highlights and the picture I provided showed highlights. The manager was involved and nobody would admit they made a mistake. They added low lights to give me some color back. I understand miscommunications occur but OWN it and dont expect me to pay $300 after being traumatized?? Thats not fair or good business. I gave a review via email and they chose not to address my concerns. I feel extremely overcharged for the circumstances. I didnt even get the color I wanted.

I arrived 10minuest 8n advance of my 1pm appt. I was on my Lunch hour and had confirmed that was time enough provided u arrived on time. When i arrived the young woman that checked me in greeted me and told me it world be a few minutes. She proceeded to clean up her station, walk down to the HEB in the center and come back provide services to a young man all before 1pm. Then she took her client who had come in after me. Then another client came in and another stylist took her to shampoo and cut. Finally at 1:10 i see Angie finish with her client ring her up and then she took all over 5 minutes to clean her station before walking to the terminal to get my name. I tell her Im on my lunch hour to hopefully encourage a little speed. I explain what i want and she says sure we can do that. We walk to the shampoo bowl and while we walked the 5 feet i tell her i have a coupon that id like to use for a free service. She ask to see the coupon and then slowly wandersaround the salon to see if they can advertorial the coupon. She slowly comes back to tell me they cant accept it because they are in the schertz region and the coupon is for the San Antonio region. By this time uts 25 past 1 and my lunch is over at 1:45. I left with out my hair cut because this woman was slower than molasses.

I made a 1pm appt for 8/12/21. I arrived 10 minutes early. I was told The stylist i was assigned would be a few minutes. I wasnt too worried. The minutes ticked by and i watched other stylist finish and take clients that came in after me. Finally Angie finished with the woman she was working on and then she slowly cleans her area by the time she comes to get me its 1:15. We discuss what i wanted done and she walks me to the shampoo bowl. I explain that i have a coupon for an extra service and she asks to see it then slowly wanders around the salon trying to find out if they accept the coupon. Its a coupon for new customers - ive never been to fantastic Sams. Well they dont accept it because its for the san antonio region stores not the schertz stores. By now another 5 minutes has slipped by and at this point i lost my patience and my temper and i left.

Very expensive for cut and a color I paid $250 thats not including the $20 tip I didnt even get my Style. Just a quick blow dry and a quick flat iron with no style to show me how the color look or how I could style it very disappointed I spend almost $300 Plus I bought product for almost $20 each. Theres a waiver that needs to be signed not once but twice. Very disappointed but what can I say.

Took my 2 year old son to see Bonnie. I had low expectations simply because 2 year olds dont handle hair cuts well. Bonnie was GREAT, quickly figured out which tools my kiddo could handle, and worked as fast as she could, talking to him the whole time. Well be going back for sure!

Today is labor day. Google said they were open, so I called to make an appointment. Incredibly unprofessional, they just hung the phone up immediately after answering. Nothing makes your money walk away forever, faster than unprofessionalism. If you are closed dont answer the phone, if you do answer tell them you are closed. Otherwise your loyal customers give their money to people who actually care.

I went in wanting some simple highlights and was convinced to do a full head highlight. Hair was cut way too shorter than I wanted and is cut unevenly (one side longer than the other). Color of highlights was an Ashy-gold blonde (from a dark brown) and then yellowed over night.Stylist cut my bangs even though I told her not to and now my lash grazing bangs make it barely to my eyebrow. Will NEVER go back again. Will have to buy box dye to fix this atrociousity and lose my $227.00. Thanks.

I had the worst haircut of my life here today with Juliana. She didn’t listen to me, ignored the picture I showed her & when I repeated told her to leave it long & that my wavy hair will shrink up she ignored me. She even said I will cut what I think is best even though I told her you’re cutting it way too short. And uneven. Another stylist had to try & fix it as best she could. Unbelievable. Literally worst haircut of my life. It’s so short it will take me several months to grow it out just to be somewhat manageable. Juliana does not listen to clients. Be warned.

I got my hair done today and expected a simple trim only for them to style my hair without my permission then double the cost because of it. My hair turned out nice so I didn’t want to be an ass about it, but it’s highly ridiculous and it’s a bit of a con. Nice people, but they’ll make sure to squeeze every penny out of you. Some of us have to work hard to earn our money. ._. I still tipped really well too. Not going to come here again.

Ive gone here twice for two different types of cuts and had two different hairdressers. Both were great and gave me exactly what I wanted!!

It was a busy Sunday afternoon when I stopped in for a haircut for both my son and I. We checked in with a computerized system that informed me that we had 6 customers ahead of us with about an hour wait so we walked down to the ice cream shop for a quick cone. We got back in plenty of time and sat down in the waiting area that was stocked with current magazines and coloring books. It wasnt long after that we got called and the stylists were friendly and listened to our requests. The salon was clean and modern and Im sure well be back!!

New to this area so when I first walked in I was like oh no. Looked like much older stylist and looks and impression is everything. So I took a chance . I got a color and a style bob. Not how I liked it. It was shorter than expected and the technique seemed like they were use to much older clients . I came out looking like Lord Farquaad . $75 spent for something I could have done better myself. My fault. You get what you pay for. On the plus side they were super friendly.

I went in to get my daughters hair colored. The stylists were super nice, but no one told me how quickly the color would fade, she just said it would gradually wash out. Now here we are, three washes later and the color is gone. They dont give refunds (not even a partial refund) only said they would reapply the color again as a courtesy. I said no thank you, because its just going to wash right out anyway. She explained that this is the nature of semi permanent color, my problem is that they were not more forthcoming about how quickly it would wash out. Theres $120 Im never getting back. I would not go back for color.

My daughter went in to get her hair re-layered, and only about 1/4 inch off the length. Her hair was down to the middle of her back. The lady, a heavy set blonde with super short hair, who cut her hair literally lobbed her hair so that there was only one layer and then just left the rest. The top portion of her hair was lobbed to shorter than shoulder length, then the under part was just hanging there all scraggly. It was a butcher job, so horrible. Then she went back in about 15 minutes later, and I went with her, to ask them to fix it. I told the lady she wants long layers, so please just blend what you did, and LEAVE THE LENGTH ALONE. I left briefly to go to HEB, and when I got back, the stylist had chopped the rest of her hair off to about two inches below her shoulders, without even correcting the first lob job!! My daughter just put her face in her hands and started sobbing. Then the stylist had the audacity to say, look, you still have length, as she pulled this one dangly piece of hair down that was stringing down the middle of her back. I proceeded to request her money back, and spoke to the owner of the store on the phone. The stylist ran to the back of the establishment, and I never saw her after that. With my daughter standing there in tears, the other stylist came up and said, So youre hair is short now! Its not that big of a deal! REALLY? She did not ask for her hair to be cut short. She had spent over a year growing it to the middle of her back, and just wanted it relayered! The top layer was cut in all directions with no style and now it was all just barely below her shoulders. It looked like a lawn mower gone postal. I was appalled. The owner agreed, and at least refunded her so that she could go elsewhere to get what little is left, repaired. Never, ever again, will we step foot in that place. That is for sure. Thank goodness hair grows back, but when you are a young girl, and your hair is everything, a year is a super long time.....

Ive been going here for years with my kids. My son has had the same cut for over 2 years. They make notes in the computer..well I thought they did until yesterday. My son usually gets a 1-2 on sides and trimmed on top. The girl even asked him if his current cut was his style..he said yes. Then she said he got a 1 and 3 last time. I was like well whatever he got last not thinking about whether it was with a razor or scissors. She told my son she would do a 4 so its longer. Note my son wear glasses and could not see what she was doing. I happened to look over and she had buzzed his hair 3/4 of the way. I got up and told her thats not what he wanted..she tried to blame me..saying I asked you several times. Not once did I say anthing about a buzz cut. My son was really upset as I was. So she kept telling him..dont worry..it will look good. It did not look good because my son looked like he was getting ready for bootcamp. I asked one of the other stylist if I had to pay for it. She said she would check with owner. We did not have to pay for it, but my son is wearing a hoodie to school today because of his hair. I will not be taking him back there again.

Went in for a trim, you know. An inch or two. No. GWEN cut off almost six or seven inches of my hair off.

My first time here I brought my mom for a haircut. The stylist was great!!! I cant remember her name but she was very nice and my mom enjoyed her. She had blonde hair. Anyhow, I was so pleased that I decided to bring my boys a week later and this is why Im rating it a one. We went in the day before Easter and I expected it would be a little bit of a wait. We check in and the lady at the front said 30-45 min wait and there was four or five people ahead of us. I said ok Im going to run to HEB and we will be back. I left her my cell # to give me a call. We were gone for maybe 20 min and came back and waited. After awhile I asked how many people were ahead of us because more people were coming. She stated three people. Well next thing I know Im counting four people being called. At this point its been over an hour that we had checked in. So I asked again and I told her you said 3 but I counted 4 people being called. She explained that there were people asking for certain stylists and one was doing color on two clients. Finally after being there for an hour and a half they call my boys up. I went up to both ladies and told them exactly how I wanted it cut and # of blade. Rachel did a good job on my youngest but Reina did a HORRIBLE job on my oldest. Im talking about teens not toddlers so they sat very still while getting their cut. I told Reina I wanted a 2 on top 1 on bottom fade and lined up. Well that fade was horrible!!! I showed her spots that she hadnt cut and she was like no thats how his hair is I said no please go over it and she was very rude and upset as I was starting to get too. I had to have her go over it a couples more times until it was ok cause I was just ready to leave. Even my son was horrified by the cut. I went to checkout and asked the lady if that stylist was new she said no she has been here for 5 years ( Im very shocked) I said wow and then explained to her what happened and she replies with oh Im sorry. I said its ok can I have your name and she said Jane then I asked for the manager/owners name she replies with I am the owner. WOW!!!!!! I am so shocked on how she handles complaints. I have been in customer service for many years and I always seemed to wonder how people like her can keep a business going with such poor customer service and employees. Needless to say I will never go back there again.
