They do good work at good prices. I need their services from time to time last few years and I have had no problems. Great mobile service also as long as you communicate what you need properly.

Local freightliner dealer unable to service my motorhome. Called southern tire mart and got me in first thing Saturday and fixed my service problem. We are on a 30 day trip from Sacramento to Schertz and motorhome was not safe to drive back home. These guys were great and I recommend them.

Make very very certain what theyre going to do to your vehicle BEFORE you allow them to do anything. I bought a used tire from them and we agreed on a price. Then when they give me the total, it was almost double the agreed price....they added labor (typically included in buying a tire) valve stem, valve stem core, flow through valve stem cap and disposal. If they would have been honest and up front, I would feel differently, but sneaking in extra costs like some kinda liberal politicians.....no thanks!!

Had a tire go out on my trailer. guy named Lee came out and was rude and seemed bothered by my needing service. I would have left, but I’m at work and didn’t want to cause problems with my job. forced to take his BS. But I will never come to this location again! I promise.

Overpriced. Horrible customer service/sense of urgency. I avoid this place at all cost even back when it was GCR. Drove in today because I was working in the area and needed to fix a flat possible get a new tire. When I got there nobody approached me I had to go look for someone to help me. They told me to wait. There was one guy in front of me who also needed a tire change. Waited for almost 30minutes while FOUR guys walked back and forth and did nothing to the truck. I left and called the local tire guy. he’s now changing my tire and I can see from where I’m parked they still haven’t fixed that guys tire.. it’s crazy places like this stay in business.

Fast and Friendly. Had exactly what we needed for our camper tire.

Horrible place. Lazy employees, 4 guys standing around 1 tire. Joking and talking about their personal life with customers waiting.

Friendly staff and good service.

Went in for a 5th wheel inspection. All the folks were professional and very nice. They were fast also. If you have a big rig, ours is 40 foot its an easy in and easy out.

I just took off; the guy ( Lee ) didnt even look at me and order me to get in there while he was browsing the phone never went through his mind I needed information and prices. Awful, I would fire him.

Horrible experience. Guys just messing around not caring about get job done. I was told to wait no as come back to check on what I needed. Just need a flat fixed and been waiting for over an hour. Bad place.

For vehicle inspections, get there early and be prepared to wait a bit. Employees are knowledgeable and spread thin . But once they get to you, its all about you and getting you taken care of.

Really bad customer service no communication with customers stood in officefor 30 min while management did paperwork and changed from street shoes to work boots and still didnt acknowledge I was there pretty much nothing has change since Ive been coming here

Came here twice for an alignment, both times the guy tried to make excuses why they couldnt do the work at the moment, when they finally got around to doing the work, all he did was complain and throw tools around, very unprofessional on his part
