Great fabrication skills and great communication. The crew went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. The only hiccups are the steering control is out of whack (no problem) and the tuning done to the system was not to my liking (again no problem) which is an easy fix for me.

Excellent work, very affordable, friendly, meticulous, just all around great service. Took in a project that best buy couldnt handle and they made time for me and installed a piece to my liking. highly recommend.

Complete waste of time like half of San Antonios businesses. Never answers phone or even bother to call back. Show up at the business and no one bothers answering the door even with the shop open.

One of the most expensive botched installs I have ever paid for.I dropped my SUV off on a Wed and they returned it to me a week later- I asked for a diagnostics on my head unit, Alpine unit, all the issues I had with it they said they could fix them, which they didnt do, I asked for speakers install which they did. They charged me for fixing the head unit and speak install which took a week, and they only installed the speakers, the head unit was worse when I picked it up. Dont waste your time and money like I did at this amateur install con shop.

RJ Audio 210 was fantastic. I wanted to upgrade the audio system in my Ford Expedition. RJ provided me with several proposals to accommodate my budget. The work was meticulous: intelligently routed and obsessively clean wiring, discrete placement of the custom subwoofer box and grill, a sleek custom fabricated center console plate for the sub volume knob, and of course expert audio tuning. I am super happy with the results and highly recommend RJ Audio 210.

I have never felt so heard and taken care of by a business before. 100% recommended.I am new to the area and was looking to upgrade my stereo to an Apple CarPlay radio. I bought it at Best Buy and the soonest Best Buy could install was over two weeks later so I looked elsewhere. Luckily I found RJ Audio. I have a fairly busy schedule, so I prefer texting over calling. They were extremely fast to respond and ask what I was looking for and sent me a quote the same day. They even scheduled me for an appointment the very next day!Turns out the system I bought from Best Buy was faulty, and I had to go back. This is what really impressed me. They told me they didn’t want me to be upset about the system (as it was fairly expensive) and that they would deal with the whole exchange process for me. All I had to do was bring my receipt and the guys took care of the rest. They uninstalled the glitchy system that they previously put in, and reinstalled the working one with no additional fees. They took the time to explain everything to me so I was never in the dark about what was going on. I now have an awesome, WORKING Apple CarPlay radio.Extremely professional and personable from the front door to the technicians. What should have been a very frustrating process was made an extremely pleasant one. Rj Audio goes above and beyond, and I will definitely be back.

Rick is really knows his stuff. He worked on my Jeep and put in an alarm and killswitch. He does great work and I continue to take my Jeep to him for any need.

Ricardo (RJ) is without the best in town. Communication may be a bit difficult initially as he is a one man operation dedicated to his craft. I would highly recommend using the provided number and calling to set up an in person consultation. He really listens to what the customer is wanting, or shaping an idea into reality.I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, just something really cool that used some space in my trunk to better my sound system. This eventually ballooned to an active 2 way sound system, new headunit, and subwoofer set up all tuned on a dsp.It should be worth mentioning that he also has worked on auxiliary lighting, dash cam installations, and alarm security systems. He has personally worked on two of my vehicles and I don’t think I have run into a project he hasn’t been able to do.Fabrications, trunk setup, beauty panels, fog lights, led underglow, anything that requires wiring he is a wizard at. Don’t think it’s just limited to audio, but he definitely is one of the best in Texas. His pricing is extremely transparent and very reasonable. I would say outright affordable given his expertise.
