We originally contracted with Kurt to remove carpet and put down hardwood floors on about one third of the house. When we saw the work Daniel, Carlos and crew were doing, we decided to up the coverage to about 90 percent of the house. They did a fantastic job...no shoe molding they undercut the baseboards and went under them...they followed the same north to south installation throughout, even down a slanted hallway. That required a lot of angle cuts and a few extra boards but well worth it and it looks great. Crew was always on time, courteous, and very professional and if they didnt like the way something looked, they redid it. Kurt was always available to make sure all the installation was done as requested and he is extremely easy to work with and very knowledgeable about all his products. Never pushy, just gives you all the info you need to make the choice. Prices were very reasonable. Might could find it just a little cheaper but you get what you pay for. Sometimes there needs to be a sixth star.

It was a pleasure working with Champion Floors. Nick was great in helping with selection and then came to measure and give us a quote. Compared to the other quotes we received it was very fair. The crew that came and took out the tile (whole house) did great and there was limited dust, which was really surprising. The floor install crew was excellent to work with and really cared about how things were going and they kept us informed of anything that may be a challenge. Overall, the work and attitude of the entire team earned this 5 star rating! Highly recommend!

I was looking to replace my carpet with hardwood flooring or something similar to it. I went online and made an appointment. My mother and I arrived at the appointed time. The younger gentleman was assisting a couple so we waited patiently. An older gentleman came out, greeted us, let us know that the appt before us was running a little longer, and told us to feel free to look around the store. Very nice and professional. When the younger gentleman finished it was my turn. I hardly received any help. I was asking all the questions, he barely wanted to point out or recommend any samples, and he made sure he kept his distance (that’s fine we have a pandemic going on. We had our masks on. The couple before us and the salesman didn’t.) However, you did the opposite of that with the couple before me. Needless to say, I took it as my business wasn’t needed there and went with another company. I can’t remember names, but the older gentleman was great. The younger one, not so much.

We just laid Engineered Floors vinyl plank flooring in our condo. Couldn’t be more pleased with the floor or the service provided by Champion. Their guys worked on Saturday to finish and have the condo ready for company we were expecting the next day. Couldn’t ask for better professional installers.The Engineered Floors vinyl plank is top notch material. The planks were 9” wide by 6 ft long, so minimal seams which you can’t hardly see. We researched many brands before deciding on Engineered Floors.You can’t go wrong with Champion Floors.

These guys do great work at affordable prices. Already did downstairs and now starting with the upstairs. Went right back to Champion Floors!

Excellent customer service! Our installers were great, cleaning up their work before they moved forward to another room, pleasant and perfectionists. Could not be happier with our choice.

I had Champion Floors install my flooring. The owner recommended we go with PVC because it would perform better with our children and pets. I could not be happier with the choice. It is beautiful and looking at it, you cant tell it isnt real hardwood. The installation crew was great. I didnt have to worry about any mess after the job was done. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back when we are ready to do our bedrooms.

I posted a longer review earlier but it is now gone. But I just wanted to say that we had a great experience with this company, and its installers. I had hardwood installed and everything turned out beautifully. We purchased from their Schertz store, but dealt with their store in Universal City for the installation.

Horrible quality merchandise that they portray as quality or mid-level quality. I bought a carpet they called middle level quality, and it is terribly matted after only a year and a half. I also bought the highest quality pad that could be purchased. I later found the same carpet they sold me on giant rolls in the back of Lowes for a much lower price. Total scammers. Know your carpet numbers and info before buying such as twist level, density, and other factors, but I wouldnt be surprised if these guys are selling one thing and supplying your contractor with something else. Beware.
