Incompetent staff. Made an appointment last week, gave all my insurance information, the lady called while we were there to verify. Came back today for the appointment, 20 minutes later the lady at the desk tells us we don’t take PPO insurance. Why make an appointment if you don’t take the insurance? It’s not that hard to verify insurance. Someone could’ve called us last week to tell us that.
