This rating applies to Mobile Mini in New Braunfels, Texas!5 star customer service by Chris. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions. He always promptly returned my phone call, maintained contact with me for updates as we were waiting to get a container. I cant say enough good things about Chris! He was professional, knowledgeable and personable!5 stars for delivery! Juan was the driver. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and was able to set the unit, where I wanted it, he made sure that placement of the container was to my satisfaction. Great job to both Juan and Chris!I couldnt be more pleased with the process and purchase of my container. Thank you!

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to call him 3 times in order to get all of the information my boss wanted. He was courteous each and every time and never let me feel like I was asking a dumb questions.

Recording says Customer Service is our main priority...that is xxxx xxxx !!! Took them 10 days to pick up unit....I called two days before renewal and they charged me $128.49 anyway...when I caught it they said oh sorry about that we shouldnt have charged you will refund back to credit card. Two weeks later still no credit, called back and mgr. said Sorry again will issue credit right now but will still take 3 - 5 daysworst customer service I have every had...would NOT recommend this company !!
