I walk in with certain questions about all of their products. I walked the whole showroom no one around. I have to walk over to the desk and ask for help. I finally get help and the young lady only sort of knows what shes talking about. I wasnt in the market to buy but she didnt care either way. Im in customer service and I know how to use my knowledge to help someone. If I was going to buy it wouldnt be from here not because of the product sold here but because of the lack of service.
