The woman Susan is so grouchy and unpleasant at all times, she is always rude I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant transaction with her. She seems confused and miserable all the time A convenience store is not the place she should be

Staff in evening and overnights are extremely unprofessional, inappropriate woman at night has not worn a face mask in 3 weeks, the guy in evening shift wears a mask covering his mouth only (being in healthcare this supposed mask he is wearing does absolutely nothing. Lady tonight refused me to buy a gift card with my debit card. I was told cash only. In my opinion avoid this store as much as possible unless u would like a higher chance of getting COVID-19 or some other disease. One night the woman was swearing at me and saying all kinds of inappropriate things to me so I turned around and left when I asked her why the store requires a face mask but she wasnt wearing one. Her response was this company cant get anyone to work overnight so basically I can do what ever I want they will not fire me because they cant replace me.

These people are super nice - open 24 hours - even during power outages - very friendly atmosphere.

Every time I walk into the store I feel like the older lady doesn’t want to do the service for me.It’s so uncomfortable SHE give me ATTITUDEShe looks awful.

Awful cashier. Seems to not want to attend people. This is the second time I feel down with this one. The store is great, clean and has everything. But, need to get people who really wants to attend.

Very bad management of the store, Managers always yelling, threatening employees that they will be taken to court and sued for bad performance. upper management needs to do something to protect employees !!

I’ve shopped at this store for many years and I am proud to say I’ve worked there as well. Many say it has bad customer service but you really need to know the customers and where they’re coming from / their situations. Great people, great product, and an overall great atmosphere to be in. Also the manager is one hell of a great human for putting up with all the bad reviews on this place.

Good thing I check the expiration date first bite into yogurt that was expired over a month ago

DISCRIMINATES AGAINST MILITARY MEMBERS WITH VALID MILITARY ID!Stopped by to pick up a few things today. Decided to purchase a tobacco product. Clerk asked can I see some ID? Sure thing...I produced an Active Duty Military ID to which she replied we dont accept military IDs! Ok..so I produced my Florida Drivers Liscence to which she replied we dont take out of state IDs either! Its written right there! She pointed to 8.5x11 piece of paper from an office printer that was hung on the inside of the building! Needless to say I was astonished that only Massachusetts residents with MA drivers licenses can purchase tobacco or alcohol at the 7-11 in the small town of Scituate MA. Im a 37 y/o active duty military member (which she would have realised if she bothers to even look at either of my Govt issued IDs) I live and working in this community. Apparently thats not GOOD enough to make me worthy to purchase alcohol/tobacco products here! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WHEN IT WAS TADESCHIS!

I have been repeatedly chastise harassed and threatened in the store at the Scituate location by employees and upper management the district manager Rose proceeded to make fun of me in front of customers and make very unprofessional remarks also every time I go in the store or anyone from my family goes in the store the young kid Griffin gives anyone that is related to me an attitude and less than exceptional customer service
