I have used C & J many times over the past few years for everything from emergency replacements of bad wires to a completely new smart TV, Surround Sound, VCR setup. C & J came over on a Sunday afternoon when my old TV setup went haywire and stayed until it was fixed. They are always professional, courteous, on time, on budget and clean up like they were never there. Their service is simply amazing!! We just purchased a new TV and needed to have it mounted on the wall. It was to replace a much older model that had been there for several years. C & J Audio Video Group responded to our requests quickly and professionally. The job was scheduled at our convenience after CJ spoke with us about our needs and wants. He arrived on time and completed the job with little disruption to our busy schedules. C & J Audio Video Group covered all the bases and even made a follow up call to see if we had any issues or questions. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I contacted C & J Video Group when we moved to Scotch Plains. CJ came over to our house, listened to our ideas, and created a plan for lovely home entertainment systems for our living room and media room. All expenses were spelled out in advance, and modified according to our needs. The service was top notch. Many times they stayed until late at night making sure everything was working as planned, and even came back to explain how to use the Universal Remote control when I forgot how to do it. Their knowledge of the components was top notch and we now have 2 beautiful systems in our house. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated.

I have used this company 2 times in the past and both experiences were great.CJ (the owner) not only was very reasonably priced but his service was excellent. They were neat and left no mess.At one point I lost power several months after the initial installation and the system reset itself but CJ came right over and reprogrammed the system on the spot.I highly recommend CJ and his company!

Poor Service, the guy is over price, and dont know what hes doing, never do business with him again.
