Im not the type of person to write reviews ever, but this store made me incredibly frustrated. when i went in and asked for what i needed, they treated me like i was a child, and as if i didnt know what i was talking about. i literally needed valve caps for my tires because im missing one, and they talked down to me the entire time. serious misogyny in action. i was kinda expecting it because im a woman, but this is like a whole new level of disrespect. would not recommend going if youre a woman unless you go with a man or know EXACTLY the right terminology for what you need. i honestly probably will not return in the near future :/.

This Winchester Store was the best place bar none for parts at a great price. SADLY, they seem to be closed now...

They randomly lock the door. The website says open til 5 pm, we just went there at 3:47, door is locked. Taking our $$ to Auto Zone.....

Awesome Store! My Tundra was misfiring, they let me barrow the code reader to diagnose it, had the right parts for me to fix it and let me barrow the wrenches and sockets to do it. I was able to fix it in the parking lot. They were very cool and helpful. They were even a bit busy at the time because they are awesome! Thanks again guys!!

This is arguably the local go-to auto parts store. The prices may be high at times on some items, but they run specials. Standard auto parts store counter with great assistance. More expensive items I may check online, but you cant beat the convenience and completeness of this store.

The people here at Winchester are extremely friendly and helpful my car broke down and I had to spend the night outside their shop and I was there until the next day in the late afternoon, they made sure that I had everything I needed, and let me roam around the store without bothering me or hovering over me. favorite auto shop in Scotts valley for sure.

Its an auto parts store. The employees seem to be friendly. They didnt know what diode lights were. Had to explain that L.E.D. stands for light emitting diode.

Winchester Auto Parts has amazing service. Employees go above and beyond and for that I am grateful.My car battery died at Safeway down the street yesterday. AAA was 90 minutes out and of course it was intermittent pouring. Not only did he help me find the correct battery, he loaned me a wrench...and then when he found out I was planning on walking it back to my car he offered me a ride! He even brought along a tester to check the battery before the swap.I wish I had gotten his name, but I wanted to thank him and let you know what amazing employees you have. Great customer Service is a reflection of great leadership! I will make sure to tell this story to everyone I know.

This place is amazing i went in not knowing what car parts I needed and they told me and helped me get it on!! With no extra charge.

Lots of cool parts and random stuff, rad flashlight selection .on the pricey side but mostly fair prices.workers are friendly and professional .

Very friendly and helpful staff. My car battery died all of a sudden on my trip for the weekend. I managed to get to OReilly auto parts near by. They checked my battery and told me I needed to replace it since it was damaged but declined to replace it since it was too late (about an hour from closing time). I managed to get to Winchester Auto across the street .They were very friendly and helped me out promptly. I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat

Prices tend to be a bit High vs. Mail order but lots of expertise behind the counter and they are willing to help install parts like windshield wipers and headlight bulbs. Solid local business

Frustrating got it in his mind what I should need. No matter how much I tried to explain what I actually wanted.I wont be back. There are to many other choices.
